We booked a "Lux" room - very comfortable, where you can truly relax and unwind. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff is friendly. Special thanks to the massage therapists: Miroslav and Mikhail - Very professional and love their work. The reception staff answers all questions and solves all problems with great patience. Good varied breakfasts, delicious soups. The walk to the first source is 2.5 minutes (checked on the clock).Negatives
The hotel is located on a hill, making it difficult for older people to climb the mountain. For lunch and dinner, the meat was always dry, and the fish was sometimes fresh, sometimes frozen with an unpleasant aftertaste. Sometimes the food was too salty to the point of impossibility. The cook puts stale leaves into salads or collects salad from leftover dishes from the previous day. As for treatment, instead of the announced 43 procedures, we received 41 procedures. Instead of 3 doctor visits, there were 2 and one of them was counted as a procedure. Some of the procedures that are on the site do not exist at all.

I like very much the Schlosspark Sanatorium, location is great, I have a very beautiful, well decorated room with balcony, with partial views of the center, the cleanness of the rooms is very good, the amenities are good, too, provided every day, if needed, every day clean towels, for the 10 day stay I have my bedding changed 3 times. The SPA is very good, all procedures are done by great medical staff, they are all great professionals, the doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. The food was good and tasty, but not a big selection to choose from... If some guests have a special food diets/restrictions, like Vegan, Kosher, etc.it's not really provided by the kitchen, so I hope in the future they might update and improve the menu choices.But overall its a very pleasant impression , and I''ll be returning to this Hotel again.Negatives

Excellent hotel, good location relative to sources and accessibility to all entertainment: walking, theaters, shops, transport, excursion companies. Excellent renovation in the hotel, spacious rooms, very clean, excellent mattresses, which is very important for my bad back. I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: they are all very friendly and helpful people. What I liked was that the smiles were not forced, as is often the case. All wishes are fulfilled without any problems, it feels like this hotel has the best staff, who are very happy that you came to them. Believe me, there is something to compare with. I vacationed in Karlovy Vary for the 6th time, always in different hotels. I especially remember: reception - Irena and Vladimir (I pestered them several times with questions and problems - they always helped with pleasure), SPA - Ivanna and Maria (well, a very nice girl). The food is good, the dinners are even too rich. There was always fruit. At first I was surprised by the seemingly small selection, but, as it turned out later, there was more than enough of everything. A couple of times, of course, there was undercooked rubbery meat and dry chicken, but that’s all. I don’t know why this depends, maybe on the shift, but otherwise everything is fine. Not as bad as one of the negative reviews said. And, again, very pleasant service. In general, the holiday was a success. Thanks to the staff! And thanks to Vladislav (sanatoriums)! All my wishes, even the view from the window, were conveyed to the hotel and fulfilled by the hotel upon check-in.Negatives
- A strange and very unpleasant fact was that when changing linen (they changed it every three days), the change was made only on one bed. It should be clarified that the room has a large bed, which consists of two beds pushed together. I used both, i.e., like one big one: I can lie across the bed, I can sit, etc. No, my bed was not dirty, but it was unpleasant, especially since I pay more for a room for single occupancy and, I think, have the right to use everything in the room. Never seen this before!? I wonder if it was one big bed??? I would like to say to the owners: Gentlemen, change your linen every five days, as is customary everywhere, but change it on both beds!!! -The second minus is the hotel on the mountain. It's hard to get up.

pros after my visit: stomach in perfect balance, *refreshed* legs respond positively to physical activity, soul sings, my body left an extra 1.5 kg in Karlovy Vary. What more could you want? *bananas for breakfast are preferable *kiwis, apples, pears, avocados should be ripe and at room temperature *more leaf salads are desirable *raise the overall price and make the sauna free *I question the maintenance of the bar/refrigerator??? Is everyone here to be treated or?

Very pleasant impressions about the hotel, we would gladly come here again. We specifically looked for a hotel close to the springs, but one that would be quiet and peaceful. In this regard, it’s almost an ideal option, and besides, we were given a room with a view of the resort, which is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the restaurant is excellent. All procedures were carried out exactly at the appointed time, and we still had time for walks and excursions. I really liked it.

The hotel has silence, a calm atmosphere, good food, the chef makes excellent Czech dishes. They prepared a variety of meat dishes, often served fish, and overall I was happy with the food. The room has new furniture, everything works, a spacious bathroom. The treatment was up to standard and the procedures satisfied me.

We had a great rest, we liked the hotel, especially the polite attitude of the staff towards the guests. After our Russian sanatoriums, it’s as if you find yourself in another world. We were fed deliciously and the procedures were done efficiently. Linens and bathrobes were changed in a timely manner.
