I was treated at Thermal for several years, compared to it, your hotel is much worse. 1. The food wants to be better. 2. You don’t have a swimming pool. 3. You have to pay for the sauna. 4. You don’t have a salt grotto, you had to go to another sanatorium and buy at your own expense. Next year, I will still give preference to the Thermal sanatorium, it is much better.

Everything is great. We booked a room overlooking the courtyard, but upon check-in it was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise that the room turned out to have windows overlooking the Garden Colonnade with a huge bathroom. The treatment was prescribed in accordance with our medical indications and desires (no imposition of unnecessary procedures). The staff is responsive and friendly. Help was provided in printing out boarding passes (we flew with Pobeda, and they have a fee for checking in at the airport) and ordering a taxi. When returning late from excursions, a plate with sliced cheese and sausage was left behind; you can rent an electric kettle for the entire stay (free of charge).Negatives
the only negative is that the sauces for main meat courses at lunch and dinner are always too sweet for our taste (but this is for our taste, and as you know, everyone has different tastes)

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, everything is within walking distance and you don’t have to climb the mountains. The food is excellent, especially the beef - beyond all praise. Treatment procedures are also at a high level. We liked everything, we were very satisfied.

The guide from sanatoriums.com, Mrs. Alena Reznikova, conducted the excursion professionally (as did the staff of sanatoriums.com for the above events). Around the hotel, the reception administrator, Mrs. Irina Vasyukova, and the doctor, Mr. Vladimir Polovka, greet guests so that they come again to Karlovy Vary and specifically to the Sirius Hotel. The reception administrator, Mrs. Svetlana, helped us register for the return flight home, willingly answered questions and was a pleasant conversationalist throughout the entire vacation. The waitress, Mrs. Lucia, happily serves the ordered dishes to the guests, with a sincere smile. The massage therapist at the balneocenter, Mr. Martin, diligently massages patients and is punctual. Another employee of the balneocenter (unfortunately, I don’t know her name) is also good at therapeutic massage, and she also performs oxygen therapy. Everyone has their own performance technique.
