We are very pleased with our stay at the sanatorium: excellent organization of procedural treatment (clear plan and friendliness of the staff, large selection of therapeutic and health procedures), swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi wonderfully complement the rest; food is beyond praise: large selection and excellent quality; the sanatorium is located in a quiet and green place, it is supplied with water from the 1st source, a walk to other sources (to the center of the resort) takes 15-20 minutes (you can also use the bus, the payment for which is paid by the hotel); for the free Sunday transfer from the door of the house in Germany to the hotel and the opportunity to go on a free excursion to Prague during your stay - special thanks to Sanatoriums.

Very positive emotions. We were at the Sansouci Hotel for almost two weeks. The combination of price and quality is excellent! The rooms are renovated, high-quality bathroom renovation. Cleaning every day, no complaints. Bed linen is changed once a week. Restaurant - buffet - varied menu. Until the last day, the cook surprised us with something new. The restaurant staff is very attentive. My special admiration is the white ironed tablecloths... Super! In general, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I communicated in Russian without any problems. Treatment is varied. Open from Monday to Friday. The treatment rooms are spacious. There are separate paid procedures. All liked it. By and large, there is nothing negative. (Not for that price))) There are several observations that I hope will be useful. - If you want to relax in a small cozy hotel, then this is not the place for you. It's not that it's unbearably noisy, but it's a large hotel with three buildings. We woke up every morning around six, when, as I understand it, the staff started working. In addition, there is a road nearby, there is not much traffic, but cars drive by until twelve at night. It didn't bother us too much, but it's noticeable. - If you are a fan of saunas, swimming pools, etc., then perhaps this is not really for you. For such a large hotel, the SPA is clearly not enough. Saunas didn't really inspire me. Sauna-hamam for three people - difficult to get there. There are two steam rooms: one for general use, the other for ladies. They provide sheets and towels for them. The bathtub is shared, everyone also changes clothes in the dressing room together. You can change clothes behind the curtain in the shower. There were virtually no problems with space here. If there is no place in the ladies' area, you could always go to the general one, if naked bodies don't bother you.... Jacuzzi for 4 people - it was also not always possible to get there. The pool is large - it’s usually quite crowded, but it’s enough. Probably because of the coronavirus, the sessions were 50 minutes long. I really hope that this is temporary, because it wasn’t really possible to not take a steam bath or swim in 50 minutes. The location leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, it wasn't mentioned in any description that the hotel consists of three houses. It was very annoying for my husband, who is dependent on his wheelchair. We had booked a room with a view of the garden and got a view of the parking lot in the blue house. My husband had to use 4 elevators to get to breakfast and dinner. The transport with the disabled lift is not exactly ideal either. Nobody knew anything about a trip to Prague. Since the streets are completely unsuitable for an electric wheelchair, we will use this Don't book the area anymore.

Wonderful sanatorium Sanssouci! Wonderful and friendly staff who are ready to help resolve any issue that may arise. Cleanliness and order in the rooms, a comfortable bed with high-quality bed linen, snow-white towels. For showering there is disposable shampoo, soap, and hair balm. Признаки у наших гостей были однодневные, как подтвердил, наш гл.врач, были вирусной этиологии Кроме того, один клиент находился в больнице скорой помощи KV, где была исключена возможность пищевого отравления у нас есть выписка из больницы. Клиентам были перенесены процедуры с того дня. Если клиенты вышли на наш мед.персонал, медсестра и врач оказывали медицинскую помощь.
