I took a package with classical treatment. Of the 8 procedures, only 7 were prescribed. The 6th day of the stay passed without procedures. I didn’t try to find out the reason, but I noted it. With 7 days paid for, on the 6th day the door was locked - it turned out to be a staff error during checkout. Not very convenient accommodation in the "Green House" block. People with musculoskeletal problems will be uncomfortable, since the drinking course suggests the use of several sources in the colonades, even if it is possible to travel by bus. You must stay in the Blue House block. Visiting the Finnish sauna without a swimsuit - there is no warning about this on the sanatorium website.

We rested from April 15-21 this year. The sanatorium is good. The food is excellent. The room is comfortable, cleaned every day. The bed, towels, and bathrobes are snow-white. The staff is excellent and friendly. There is an excellent woman doctor at the sanatorium, she checked everything thoroughly and asked questions, and then offered suitable procedures; we had 8 of them in a package. My husband bought an additional massage, it was done by a Thai woman, and he really liked it. There was a concert on Friday, a couple of singers came, it was even very good! The sanatorium is good! Those who don’t like to walk can take bus number 2 for free throughout the city. We recommend the sanatorium! Thank you very much to all the staff, you are great!!!Negatives

A wonderful sanatorium, located a little away from the center and on a hill, but this has its “advantages”: silence, forest all around. Getting to the center is very easy: 15 minutes on foot or free by city bus. Thanks to the staff of "Sanatoriums" for their good work: organizing transfers and excursions, all on time and at a high level.

Good morning, What we didn't really like was the journey to Karlovy Vary, the driver only drove on country roads and had no opportunity to stop anywhere or take a break...as we are used to, every 2 or 3 hours for 10 minutes. We were on the road for a whole 10 hours that day.

Everything accessible in a bathrobe. Buffet-style catering, something for everyone. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, but the very good bus connection can be used free of charge. If you want to drink three times a day in the colonnade, you should choose a more central hotel. Well-trained staff who carry out the treatments.

I want to start by saying that the staff is very qualified and friendly. The sanatorium consists of three complexes and all complexes are connected by underground passages with elevators, it is very convenient, you can visit any procedures, SPA and much more with an easy walk in a bathrobe without going outside and feeling all the beauty of bad weather. I really liked the spa complex with a large pool, hot tub and much more, great interior and design. Varied and very tasty breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In general, I really liked everything, we recommend it to everyone and we will definitely come to rest again

What is stated corresponds to reality. Very friendly, kind and attentive staff. Excellent, very varied, high-quality cuisine for every taste. The procedure schedule is organized conveniently. Clean comfortable rooms and hotel premises. The location of the sanatorium is comfortable, in a green area. You can go down to the city center on foot or quickly take bus number 2. There is the possibility of paid parking in the garage and on the territory of the sanatorium or free parking outside it. We were very pleased with our stay at the Sanssouci Sanatorium (BlauHaus), the procedures, the price of services and their quality. We recommend. We'll come again 🙂!

At first I was upset that the windows face the side where the parking lot and the entrance to the hotel are. I wanted to change the number immediately, but there was no free room. The next day they showed me a room on the opposite side, but there was no sun there at all. I decided to stay in my room and admire the beautiful view (especially in the evening with lights and lights) of the Imperial and the mountains. During the day I sunbathed on the balcony. The noise did not bother me, since I slept with the windows closed on the third floor. But, probably, it’s better in the summer book the opposite side or another building, since the hotel is not equipped with air conditioning and sleeping with an open window may not be comfortable due to noise (not so frequent and strong, but still). It is better to immediately note upon check-in that you want a room without noise from the street. The staff is helpful and does everything they can. If you don’t change the room right away, it already costs 20 euros, since the room needs to be cleaned.

I liked almost everything. The procedures were good, the food was delicious, and the choice was not bad. The spa salon is not big but cozy. The only thing missing was the cafe machine; there wasn’t even one capsule in the room; it stood as a piece of equipment. The maid came into the room and only changed the towels. The floor was not wiped or vacuumed. The carpet on the floor is stained and requires urgent replacement.

We vacationed in this hotel 15 times. Of course there are changes, but overall everything is as good as always. I like the treatment, all procedures were received on time, clean, comfortable. The location was good because it’s not convenient for everyone, but for us it’s great. Since the walk is a pleasure to the springs. But for people with musculoskeletal problems it will be a bit difficult, although you can use city route 2 for free. The food is good, you won't go hungry. There was a large selection of fruits, and the girls in the restaurant were all friendly, Maria and Lyuba always warmly greeted guests. It’s a pity that the sanatorium has become more focused on receiving holidaymakers on weekends. Our favorite cryotherapy is no longer available, and free tests are no longer included in the classic packages. The restaurant had removed the white tablecloths, it was so nice to sit at the tablecloth. But apparently times are tough everywhere right now. It was unpleasant because the hotel withheld 80 Euros for the reservation (at first there was one reservation, but then they changed it to another and 80 Euros were not counted, this seems unfair to me.). Since we arrived at the same hotel on the same dates. Considering that we are regular customers, but now we are probably thinking about changing the hotel. Because in 15 years things have changed, not for the better. We just have nothing to compare with, we have always stayed only here. Of course, the price corresponds to the quality, this is not five stars. In general, we go only for the mineral water.
