As luck would have it, during the last 2 nights of my stay, a group of revelers did not let me sleep (they made noise). On the first night I went to complain, it didn’t help, they calmed down at about one o’clock in the morning. On the second night I went too, but then somehow they calmed down surprisingly quickly. Although it is already clear that the audibility in the building is good, you can even hear the neighbors snoring. Overall I'm happy with the hotel, but these two nights ruined my holiday.

I rested in January 2024. I liked everything, the room was clean and spacious, the bed linen was snow-white, the bathroom had new sanitary ware and everything necessary for hygiene. I would like to thank the cooks separately, everything was so delicious, as if I had come to my mother or grandmother’s for a holiday, and the variety of dishes every day was amazing: red fish was baked three times in a week, mussels in wine, gypsy-style meat, pork in beer, beef , pâtés, various cereals, soups, salads, meat cuts, a large selection of fruits and much more. The staff is friendly, the treatment is very good, thermal water is supplied to the hotel from a spring. There is an opportunity to go on an excursion, to see Prague. My husband and I vacationed at the SPA Resort Sanssouci (Blue House) and we liked absolutely everything. Very polite and friendly staff. Clean room, snow-white linen. The medical staff is attentive and professional. The food is varied, a very large selection of dishes, incl. and dietary. We were completely satisfied with the location of the sanatorium, away from the center and almost in the park. The city center and the colonnade can be reached quickly and conveniently by bus N2 or by funicular, and free of charge (thanks to our resort cards). I recommend this hotel for a quiet, comfortable holiday and treatment. Thank you very much to all the staff for a great time!

In the jacuzzi (next to the pool), I think it is necessary to put up a notice - staying in the massage pool for no more than 10 minutes. Some sit there for an hour or more. There are a lot of people, but it’s impossible to get in.

The trip to the City of Prague was canceled because I had to report or register on the website. Your excursion employee Irene. Which of course I didn’t know about and no one told me or informed me about it. It turned out that it was my fault, I tried to talk to her she said that it was my own fault. Excuse me, I can’t do that, so I won’t recommend your services to anyone who knows me. I really liked the resort and the Hotel. And I will definitely come again but without your participation.

A masseur (slim, tall, reddish-blond hair) greeted me in German catastrophe. He also ignored the request to massage more carefully 3 times. On stop and no he just said - yes, yes. That is not how it works. For a CBD massage that I also booked. The employee who operates the lymphatic drainage machine has no idea about it and the pants can't be fastened, so it doesn't make any sense.

Lymphatic drainage was impossible, the compression pants were ancient and couldn't be closed and had to be held shut with your hand. Of course that was nonsense. The employee took my cell phone away and showed me that I should hold it. No lymping, no question of whether it's pressing too much, nothing. It doesn't work at all. All other applications were fine.

There were 4 of us. We liked the location. You could travel for free into the city or to the shopping center with a fine New Year's Eve party was also ok with music and dancing. There was enough food and drink, we were very well looked after.

Overall I spent fab two weeks, got treated well, relaxed and enjoyed my vacation. The place is well equipped with various medical and spa facilities. All buildings are connected, so you could wear a robe to all treatments without going outside. The doctor Dilfuza was very professional and caring, listened to my concerns and wishes and gave very good recommendations. The room in the Blue building on the last floor was spacious and quiet.Negatives
There were some negative issues. Though they did not have a serious impact on the overall quality, i.e.: There was no tea kit in the room. But there was a coffee machine with no coffee pods, even a couple as a compliment. You were supposed to buy them downstairs...For a coffee lover like me coffee shortage and its quality was a real issue - only two coffee machines during breakfast with bad quality coffee beans, constant queues to have a cup...only on the very last day they added filtered coffee. There was some cheating in the bar with wine ordering...no wine list to start with and after asking for a French red (the only one available in the restaurant) the waiter gave something undrinkable and refused to show a bottle... The choice and quality of food was not to my taste. But this actually helped me to eat less and loose some weight... Pillows and mattress in my room were rather uncomfortable. No electric plugs next to bed, only next to desk. This layout made it difficult to charge my phone and laptop during night time.
