Breakfast and doctor's appointment were provided. The food is excellent, very good restaurant opening hours. The medical staff is competent and friendly. I underwent 64 procedures in 21 days. The quality of treatment is getting worse, the procedures are the same but the staff is not properly qualified, with rare exceptions. The quality of my placement was excellent, thanks to your company. Nutrition is a separate matter, there is practically no dietary food, only coarsely chopped boiled carrots and beets every day, and occasionally cauliflower. The staff sticks to their jobs because... work in the Czech Republic is bad. The sanatorium is, as always, at a high level. Very friendly staff, delicious and varied food, useful procedures, especially oxygen therapy and the salt cave. The sanatorium is located away from the central square in a forest area with wonderful clean air. And the springs can be reached in 5 minutes by bus No. 2, free of charge for residents of this sanatorium. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

I rested and received treatment at the Spa Resort Sanssouci hotel from 04/14/16 for 19 days for the second year in a row. Despite the small number of guests from Russia this year, the hotel “keeps its mark” both in vacation treatments and in food. Friendliness , politeness, accurate fulfillment of all assignments, excellent food on always set tables with linen napkins. Excellent location on the mountain, silence, birdsong, free travel to the promenade, although a walk through the park along the river is only 20 minutes. I recommend this hotel to everyone who loves good service, silence, decent treatment and perfect cleanliness.

Very clean, tidy hotel, large room and good service. Wonderful view from balcony. Quiet with no traffic or tourist noise compared to hotels in the Spa centre. Easy to catch the free bus No. 2 to the Spa centre or to the city centre. Buses go every 20 minutes. Wonderful swimming pool 16 m long! The hotel consists of three buildings interconnected by tunnels that have lifts and are pleasant to walk along. Not a problem getting from building to building.Negatives

The biggest disadvantage of your stay is the long transitions between medical buildings. Sometimes you have to walk 2-3 times a day, this makes you very tired, especially in the first days of your stay. In this regard, this hotel is more suitable for young and healthy people. The work of the cooks also leaves much to be desired. Compared to other hotels of lesser star quality, the food looked pale and monotonous. This is my third time at this hotel and each time I write about the equipment of the shower cabins - there simply isn’t enough shelf for a sponge, and the shower hook is so high that you have to jump up to hang it.
