Good morning, it was my first time in the sanatorium. I often heard about the Sansousi sanatorium from my neighbor and was finally able to visit it myself. I had a very good doctor who gave me the right and effective treatment. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. I booked a room for one person and they gave me a very large and spacious room for two people. In terms of cleanliness, everything was great. This is the first time we decided to come. The hotel is located on a hill and many people do not know that at altitude the lack of oxygen leads to intense release of red blood cells, i.e. acts as a natural doping. I wrote in an e-mail that I have a husband with a 100% disability, we were promised parking in front of the hotel, but it turned out to be an inconsistency, we parked in the garage, but it’s hard for my husband to walk up the stairs with his cane. I was prescribed water to drink at 50C, I was still able to swallow normal water, but when it was hot, I felt terribly nauseous. My husband also couldn’t drink water for Morbus Krona with temp. 70C. The variety of dishes is certainly good, but not for me. When I first tried soups for my diet, I couldn’t sleep all night because of my stomach. How can you make very sour soups when on a gastrointestinal tract diet? I can invite a chef to our home to teach him what diet food is, so don’t believe what they tell you in the videos. Food is too salty, because it is better for health to add salt during meals. With so many people, no one will take care of you like you do. When choosing a hotel, you must definitely read negative reviews, otherwise everyone can write “everything is OK.” We need to study the city map, we never got to the center, we passed the bus stop and it turned out to be a bus tour, which you laughed about for a long time. They also wrote to me that our room is located near the procedures, which is not true. We were on the 3rd, the procedures were on the 1st or 0th, and even though the hotel had 2 elevators, sometimes we had to wait a long time, I still had nothing, but my husband had problems. In short, we are not delighted, we tried it, looked, perhaps, given our problems, we should have chosen better, but we fully hope that they show in the advertisement, we don’t need it and I don’t recommend it to others.
