Everything was at the highest level. All procedures took place at the appointed time without a queue. The rooms are comfortable and of sufficient size. All the staff were very attentive. The sanatorium is located on the mountain. There is practically no territory to walk around. To do this, you need to either go to the city or walk along the road in the hills. The sanatorium is located in 3 buildings, we were accommodated in the green house, and lunch, dinner and most procedures were in the blue house. It took a very long time to get through all the corridors and stairs. When I checked in, they didn’t even notice that I was pregnant; they settled me as far away as possible. It was hard for me to walk so much. There are always a lot of people in the pool, but there are very few sun loungers. They were always busy, there was even nowhere to sit. The website did not say that no procedures were allowed for pregnant women. I found out about this already at the sanatorium, when everything was paid for. My husband had the procedure done, but more for show. During the entire stay, only 2 massages for 20 minutes each for a person who has back problems. But there are a lot of all kinds of inhalations, etc.

I was looking for a suitable sanatorium in Karlovy Vary for a very long time and from the video I thought that your sanatorium was the best, unfortunately this is not the case... Upon arrival, we were not given any useful information other than how to go from one building to another, that is, that we have free bus travel, no one told us where dinner is and that we always need to have more than just room cards with us but also a piece of paper in which the card itself is located. No one told us that we needed to go to the doctor right away and no one said that if we didn’t make it in time, the doctor wouldn’t see us until Monday, but we checked in on Friday... the nurse called us in our room and reproachfully asked why we weren’t at the appointment When we went to the doctor, I was not allowed to choose procedures, although I do not drink, do not smoke and lead a healthy lifestyle, and I wanted a couple of procedures such as mud baths and procedures with mineral water, which I generally did not receive. No one explains how and where to go, the staff communicates NOT politely and pleasantly. When we checked in, I paid for 2 rooms and my family and I were placed at two different ends of the hotel, I had to change rooms since we were given a room for 2 people, small and not the same as in the photo, although I wanted one with a balcony and this was one of main criteria for choosing a sanatorium. A couple of times my sister simply underwent procedures that were not intended for her and they did not comment on all this with a grin. The staff is not friendly, they don't explain anything, they don't help and they treat you patronizingly. I am dairy free and there were no options for me such as oat milk or lactose-free products, although it was indicated on your website that you provide services to any preference. It turns out not.

In the Green House the information was much more competent. Unfortunately, the trip to Prague was an unpleasant experience due to a two-hour wait for a guest. A pity!
