The sanatorium is wonderful, despite the apparent distance from the center - a free bus solves this problem in a matter of minutes. We stayed at the Spa Resort Sanssouci for 12 days and liked everything very much. All the services of this sanatorium are at a very high level, everything is always clear, on time, everything is very clean everywhere. Rooms are cleaned daily. The food also deserves special thanks. All dishes are available and there is no such thing as if you come 15 minutes before the end of lunch or dinner, something will be missing. I was very pleased with the variety of dishes; the diet always includes fruits and desserts. This sanatorium is located at a distance of 2 km. from the springs, a very good opportunity to take a walk, but if there is no time or desire to run to the source between procedures, there is a free bus that runs on schedule and you can get there in both directions, or drink water in the sanatorium premises, mineral water is supplied to the sanatorium. I really liked the attending physician Elena Yarovaya, attentive and responsive. All staff are Russian speaking. We booked a sanatorium, transfer, excursions on the website https://www.sanatoriums.com, at first I was very worried, because... It was the first time we flew on vacation without a travel agency or tour operator, and booked everything on the website, but I worried in vain, this is a serious website, you can check your watches on them. We stayed at the Spa Resort Sanssouci for 2 weeks and were very pleased. Nice spacious rooms with a balcony, comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious, but in most rooms it is quite old. The renovated room has a very good shower. The staff is great. Without exception, all employees are very polite and helpful. Very good and varied food. We will definitely come again!Negatives
Perhaps the only serious negative is the very weak WiFi. The buildings are connected by passages, so you have to walk a lot - it can be difficult for people with problems or the elderly.

It’s convenient to walk around the buildings for procedures; you can wear a robe without panties; you don’t need to go outside. you can relax in comfort even in winter, which is what I will do next time. To the colonnade, where the main springs are on foot, first 22 minutes, at the end of the course 15 minutes (lost 4 kg in 21 days) If you are a grandfather or grandmother, there is a “two” bus to the colonnade, the stop is right at the exit from the sanatorium, it runs often, it goes quickly , but I didn't go. Everything is very close there, the city is small and very beautiful. The transfer to the hotel is convenient, no complaints, but just in case, take the cell phones of the transfer organizers (suddenly there is a flight delay or traffic jams due to road repairs) just so that you don’t have to wait, but they will be waiting for youNegatives
I didn’t want to leave, I was sad to return home. The doctor forbade drinking beer and Becherovka, but only water. I had to walk past delicious beer for three weeks and drag Becherovka with me as my luggage.

I was very pleased that all the staff spoke Russian. Everyone is very friendly. The waiters are very nice and always offered to help keep our little one occupied. Our baby still remembers Aunt Yulia!))) The food is excellent: every day a variety of dishes - rabbit, venison, duck. The abundance of fruits in winter also pleased me. Special thanks for the cleanliness of the room! During the 2 weeks of our stay, the linen was changed 4 times and the bathrobes 2 times. The trash was always taken out on time and vacuumed every day.
