Were under treatment from January 3 to January 16, 2016. We booked it ourselves via the Internet. Basically we were very pleased with everything. Considering the main profile of the resort - hydrotherapy, a large selection of related treatments is well selected and available. Large swimming pool, sauna and hamam. The staff is mostly qualified and friendly. After the first massage I had to ask to change the masseuse, they satisfied me without any questions. I missed one procedure - they scheduled it for another day without any problems. All issues, including time changes to procedures, were resolved quickly at the reception desk in the Mercedes building. We were very pleased with the food, although sometimes we heard some dissatisfaction from gourmets who forgot that they were on a diet. We lived in the Blue House in room 201 next to the router, the Internet was excellent. Some tips for those who save money or come by car. You can park outside the sanatorium parking lot on the street. Since the street is a dead end, there was no danger of damaging the car; you can save money on parking. Considering that there are no procedures on Saturday and Sunday (except for paid ones), you can arrive on Sunday and leave on Friday. One “night” can be saved. The cheapest prices start after the old New Year and last (according to the staff) until May. It is better to check offers often on the website or by phone. Location of the sanatorium. Mountains, air, forest and a 15-minute walk from the source. There is a free bus to the source. We were there in February and took a lot of warm clothes with us that were of no use to us. The rooms are very warm. Delicious and varied food. Buffet. There is a bar, cozy corners for relaxation, water from the source is supplied to both buildings of the sanatorium (the sanatorium consists of two buildings located separately and connected by underground corridors - “Blue House” and “Green House”) All staff speak at least three languages. The procedures are planned and carried out very well. Treatment rooms are located in different buildings! For those who don't like or can't move, you need to take note of this. All movements are through underground passages.

- there are no highchairs in the dining room for up to two-year-old children, - they don’t do wet cleaning in the rooms every day (although when you ask something, everyone immediately fixes it and helps!!! This is a plus) - nudism of European vacationers in the sauna, so please organize a separate spa center (sauna for husbands and wives, small swimming pool next to the sauna, toilet, showers) without contact with nudists. It's a culture shock!

The procedures took place in three buildings, it was difficult to navigate the first one, we walked around for a long time, looking for rooms, fortunately the staff understood about the Russians, they suggested and showed us. Interestingly, you can ask that the procedures be carried out over a six-day period, or even over a five-day period if you go on excursions on Saturday. In general, the treatment is at an excellent level.

The hotel is huge, there are two main residential buildings, the rooms in both are approximately the same in comfort. The food is of high quality everywhere; you can go to the restaurant in casual clothes. The scattering of procedures across buildings creates some difficulties, but you quickly get used to it. We looked for a sanatorium in Karlovy Vary mainly based on reviews. The most positive responses were to Sansoussi - they wrote that the treatment at the sanatorium was of very high quality. When we arrived in Sansouci, we were simply amazed at the cleanliness and design of literally everything. It feels like you are in a five star hotel in Dubai. Everything glitters everywhere. We were accommodated very quickly, and on the same day we had an examination by a doctor. Special thanks to the doctor for the way he listened attentively, gave advice, we learned a lot of useful things about the state of our health. When you have this kind of attitude, you can no longer go to our Soviet sanatoriums; no one there simply doesn’t care how they treat you and whether there will be an effect. We were prescribed quite a lot of procedures, even one procedure was scheduled for Saturday. On weekdays, procedures were scheduled until approximately 16.00. We managed to go to the city center to drink thermal water, come have lunch, and relax a little. In the evening we mostly walked and then went to the pool. There is a forest area around the sanatorium, clean air.
