VERY poor nutrition, not enough vegetables!!! Cucumbers and tomatoes cut coarsely, several times our buffet had salads with vinegar and sugar added! MEAT dishes are a story! I usually wait until a week after my return home to write a review (in English, German, and Russian) on the major travel websites. In general, it was a positive stay, so I extended my stay (for 3 adults) from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, but there are a few items I thought I would mention now, in case they can be addressed before I leave next Sunday.Negatives
Concierge desk. No one is ever there, no hours posted. The front desk staff are indifferent, sometimes rude, when asked simple questions. Billing. Overbilled, but not to the point that I am going to argue about it. I booked a suite; spent the first three nights in a "double room". I had transport from the airport, had to cancel, because no one could understand that I was staying in Prague before traveling to Karlovy Vary.
