On the recommendation of my friend, who was visiting the sanatorium for the 14th time, I registered at the Sanssouci sanatorium. Problem-free, very friendly staff when registering online. Transfer service super punctual from door to door 😊. I immediately felt welcome. The room is cozy and well-equipped/coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers... Well-kept bathroom with shower. The conversation with the doctor Mr. Akhmatilla Umursukov was good, the doctor read through my documents, laboratory tests, developed, discussed and explained the application plan. There are also options to book additional medical services and applications. The ladies at the reception in Vila Mersedes tried to enter additional appointments that were suitable for me. The food was good and varied. Kudos to the chefs and team. Signage and information in several languages. Dance evenings on the weekend provided variety. The free bus ride into the city to water waves. The reception staff are always helpful and friendly. I would be happy to book again and would be happy to recommend Spa Resort Sanssouci. I really liked the transfer service from the airport to the hotel provided by sanatoriums.com. Special thanks to the driver Alexey, who met us at the airport without delay and took us to the entrance of the sanatorium. The treatment during our stay at the sanatorium exceeded our expectations. The appointment of procedures by Dr. Akhmatilla Umurzokov during the initial examination is carried out individually, depending on specific diseases, with his professional recommendations to achieve treatment results. Spa Resort Sanssouci offers many different health and wellness treatments. Among them there are some that other hotels do not offer. We are very grateful to the medical staff for organizing and conducting the procedures; they had a positive impact on our health! The food at the hotel is varied and tasty, organized on a buffet basis. Capsule coffee machines are available in the rooms. If desired, you can make coffee and tea at any time. The hotel staff responds promptly and resolves all issues that arise. The hotel is located near a forest, away from the center of the resort area and the central region of Karlovy Vary. The problem of constant availability of drinking springs and the city center is perfectly solved by a free bus ticket issued upon check-in, the stop of which is located right next to the hotel.
