We lived in Green House and really liked the atmosphere here. In my opinion, it is much more comfortable than Blue House. Even such a small thing as the color scheme creates more comfort and relaxation. The treatment part here is very large, there are many different procedures. The food is fully consistent with what it should be at a resort. Tasty, plentiful and varied. The staff is extremely attentive and polite, the rooms were cleaned efficiently. A separate plus is the pool, where you can swim with exercise; it’s better to go there in the evening, since there are a lot of people in the morning, and in the evenings everyone walks in the center and there are literally 2-3 people in the pool. The atmosphere in the hotel is very calm.

This is our fifth time in Karlovy Vary and we have stayed in different hotels. Sansoussi is certainly excellent both in terms of treatment and service. I would especially like to highlight that you can drink thermal water right in the hotel, there is a large swimming pool, a free sauna and gym. Quite varied and tasty food.

We wanted to undergo treatment in Karlovy Vary in the most comfortable sanatorium, since we heard that staying in small spa hotels is inconvenient, because they have small balneological centers. Sansoussi is a good resort complex in all respects. Thermal water is supplied to each building, so you don’t have to worry about going to the center to the springs early in the morning. In any case, in the morning it is a little inconvenient because you still need to have time to go to breakfast and so that after it there is time to settle the food, because the procedures begin immediately. In the morning we drank water from a spring in Sansoussi, and at lunchtime and in the evening we walked to the center of Karlovy Vary. Approximately 20 minutes on foot.Negatives

Time flew by very quickly and unnoticed. We were in Sansoussi with a 5-year-old child. We treated ourselves, the child was only taken to the pool, from where he could not be pulled out, he liked everything so much. The food is very good, there are quite a lot of dietary dishes, it was not a problem to choose food for the child, cereals, juices, fruits, jams, etc. In our free time we walked a lot. Naturally, I didn’t want to leave; everything is so comfortable in Sansoussi that you could stay for a month.

I still have the most pleasant feelings from relaxation and treatment in Sansoussi. Few sanatoriums in Karlovy Vary provide such conditions as in Sansoussi. Punctual staff. The hotel has a large number of vacationers, and in the medical buildings there are no queues for procedures at all. There is no rush, the main thing is to arrive on time.

Excellent location on a high hill with wonderful views. All rooms are oriented to the sunny side. Attentive staff. Excellent and varied food, there was too much for the Premium program. Nice big swimming pool and saunas.
