Extremely clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and understands German well. The medical care is excellent. Miss Dr. Fankova really took her time with the anamnesis and also explained forms of therapy such as gas injections in detail. We particularly liked the water aerobics led by Ms. Holá. Worth mentioning is the rich and varied food offering in the evening: always three different meat dishes and a different type of fish every evening!Negatives
I don't want to write anything negative, I just want to give a recommendation: The position of the drinks machines in the dining room is a bit awkward. If the two coffee machines and the juice machine were not placed next to each other but in different places in the dining room, there would be no dense crowds in the morning. Unfortunately, the concept of social distancing is a foreign concept for many guests.

There is one source right in the hotel 👍all the others are in the city, but the hotel issues a bus ticket, and it’s ideal to take a walk, after very tasty meals it’s also very useful. I would like to recommend the spa hotel to everyone! My spa vacation was magical. The staff is polite, all requests are fulfilled very quickly, delicious food, the swimming pool and sauna are always clean. The hotel is a bit out of town, but that only has advantages. After drinking at the spring you need a little walk, so I find the hotel location ideal. If you don't feel like going for a walk, you can get a ticket at the hotel.
