Very friendly staff in the medical building, convenient location of the medical premises and the sanatorium itself. We would especially like to thank the shift of restaurant workers where Simone worked. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed was changed every 5 days. Everywhere is very clean and well maintained. We would also like to express our gratitude to the sanatorium team for their good and well-coordinated work. Transfers and excursions were organized clearly and conveniently. When asking for help, they responded quickly and effectively.Negatives

Very clean hotel. The rooms are big enough. The furniture is not worn and offers a lot of storage space. Everything is available in the room - safe, enough high-quality hangers, toiletries, bathrobe. The treatment rooms are very clean and look very new. There are even umbrellas at the front door. The location is perfect - 2 minutes walk to springs no. 12 and 15. For meals, 2 soups and 6 main courses are offered daily (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, rabbit and 2 types of fish). There is also a list of vegetarian dishes and children's menu. Soft drinks are included with the meal. Various fresh fruits are available - apples, pears, plums, kiwi, bananas, tangerines. There was enough variety in one week. And a big thank you to the lovely staff everywhere - housekeeping, treatments, restaurant, reception. We would recommend this hotel!Negatives

On the very first day, we encountered the negative behavior of the nurse, due to the fact that we did not understand when to visit the nurse, and received loud and lengthy unpleasant statements addressed to us throughout the corridor. No repairs have been made to the room or floors since the days of the socialist camp. The floor is covered with carpet, which is worn out and covered with large black dirty spots. Walking on such a floor is not pleasant, and even more so. The narrow beds in the rooms do not allow you to sleep normally; you have to wake up all night for fear of falling on the floor. There is a disabled toilet on the ground floor which is always locked and is only used by hotel staff. When we asked to open the toilet, we heard indignation from the administrator on duty, as if we had arrived and were interfering with their work, and we had to run to our toilet in the room, which is located on the top floor. No air conditioning in the room. At temperatures above 35 degrees it is very uncomfortable in the room. The small fan doesn't do much either, almost not at all. At the beginning of the meal everything is full. If you come an hour later, more than half of it is already gone, but no one can do anything to ensure that the other people get something too.
