My husband and I underwent treatment at the Windsor sanatorium for the second time. Once again we received great pleasure from treatment and relaxation. I like the friendly and helpful staff. There were never any problems with cleaning the room, replacing towels, or changing bed linen. I really like the medical staff, including the chief physician Dr. Cole, the nurses during the procedures, special respect to the massage therapist Thomas. All procedures are carried out strictly according to schedule and you do not have to sit in line waiting for them. The healing mineral water of Karlovy Vary is amazing in taste and effect. Each walk to the springs and the promenade along the Mill Colonnade bring pleasure. This year the food is organized much better (although we had no complaints last year). We are pleased with the variety of dishes to suit the different tastes of those undergoing treatment and recovery. We are very pleased that procedures are not scheduled on Saturday and Sunday, as there is a wide selection of excursion programs, including one-day ones, to famous cities of the Czech Republic and Germany. There is a great opportunity to feel and see the life of the Christmas city. We are planning to come to Karlovy Vary again next year and our choice is the Windsor sanatorium.Negatives

I rested at the Windsor sanatorium from November 14 to 28. I liked everything, the treatment was decent, the doctor and head nurse were very attentive, Sonya works great in the mud/paraffin department, I liked the massage therapist David.
