We still did not understand the unfriendly attitude in the restaurant of one waitress, apparently the eldest on the shift (not wearing glasses). I chose the Windsor sanatorium based on the reviews. We were greeted at the reception by a friendly employee, Ivo (his words “We've been waiting for you” gave us a pleasant feeling). Simone is very pleasant and friendly; She gave us a lot of advice that we listened to. A young girl, Marina Rabeko, is always ready to help and has a smile on her face. All medical staff do their jobs well. The pool and sauna are always open. One request: I would like the swimming pool to be open later than 8 p.m. as there is little free time during the day to visit. Thanks to Petra it is always clean and comfortable there. Unfortunately I forgot the second wife's name. Masseur Marek (room 9) gave us a massage. This is an expert in his field. I have never experienced a massage like this. Very hardworking, accommodating, found all the sore spots. Special thanks to the chefs for the deliciously prepared dishes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered as a buffet. Everything is delicious, looks appetizing and in full abundance. The waiters in the restaurant are very friendly. Young girls also try hard. Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms in the sanatorium are clean, the bed linen is white. I have only good impressions of the sanatorium; I highly recommend it.Negatives
We had an appointment with a doctor. She replaced the chief physician. Procedures and water sources were assigned. After the third sip of water, my husband's blood pressure rose significantly. We did not receive any help, but the doctor canceled the procedures for which we came (baths, mud treatments, etc.). Luckily, there were doctors among the holidaymakers who gave us advice and support. Then a doctor came who we had heard a lot of good things about (Dr. Milan Koula). He welcomed us without hesitation and gave us advice. We were given a pill for quick blood pressure relief. Why didn't the substitute doctor offer us these pills? Because of this we couldn't make a trip to Prague even though we had an all-inclusive package. I would like to warn vacationers to be careful with the sources so as not to spoil the vacation. I would really like the doctors who replace the chief physician to treat patients more seriously and attentively.Positives

Treatments, rooms, spa area are fine and most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area is pleasant, clean and not overcrowded. the location of the hotel is very good. It's a shame that the overall impression is marred by a few small things (see negatives). The restaurant offering is by no means equivalent to a 4* hotel. Someone before me compared it to a canteen and I can only agree with that. Carelessly presented, very limited in selection and if something is out, it is a coincidence whether something is added. Breakfast is still ok, but dinner is a surprise. If you booked half board and expected starters and soup, you were wrong. There is a mix of salad buffet and a little sausage and cheese, never soup in the evening. The selection of the main courses is also rather limited and falls under the definition of home cooking. (Which is basically nothing bad, but at 4* it can be a bit higher quality.) Dessert: 1 fruit basket and 1 type of cake or ice cream in a large container. Stimulating? Rather no. Loveless! Rather yes. The fact that when something comes next - e.g. cheese - it is put on with bare hands takes some getting used to. If you then have the misfortune of seeing a Russian guest whose sausage fell on the floor throw it back into the warming area with the others because there was no trash can, you won't be hungry anymore anyway. Of course the hotel can't do anything about it, but the staff isn't attentive or interested enough to notice something like this and do something about it. Presumably a change in this area is more a question of motivation than a question of cost. We then just used the restaurants in the area. There is apparently no system for changing towels. Changing on day 5 of a 7 day stay is strange. But the cleanliness is okay. The bathroom is very small and so is the shower. This could do with a renovation.Positives
They were like a married couple. We are very pleased. The staff, from the receptionist to the maid, are all, without exception, friendly. During our week of stay, our bed was changed. Very comfortable robes, there were enough towels, which is not a given. There were negative experiences with other hotels. The food was excellent. Everything is more than enough. The quality is good, the choice is large. There were unlimited drinks. The restaurant is clean. The procedures are versatile and pleasant. Massage therapists are highly qualified. The physiotherapists are attentive. We will definitely come again. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.Negatives

There are no signs in the sauna with the instructions that you MUST shower before and after the sauna. That you also have to shower BEFORE entering the swimming pool. And the signs have to be huge so that old people can read them without glasses. Since mostly old people go swimming straight from the sauna. Disgusting!!!!!!!
