The hotel is ideally located, next to the springs. I liked the staff, responsive and attentive. Treatment is at a good level. Towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned, everything was clean. Now about the minuses: - the procedures are carried out only on weekdays - the thermal pool was under renovation, had just opened, the visit was on doctor’s orders / when booking the hotel there was no information on the website / - I didn’t really like the dinner, the sauces were sometimes too salty, there was not enough fish, if they came for dinner later, the choice of dishes was very poor, there weren’t enough cottage cheese pies and pancakes, the green salad was poorly washed, the sand creaked on the teeth. - the pillows need to be changed, it is very uncomfortable to sleep. Now about the transfer that was provided to us from the website sanatoriums.com We were taken to Karlovy Vary via Marianske Lazne for three and a half hours, although the website indicated the route Prague airport - Karlovy Vary hotel. After the flight, with severe back pain (my husband has a lumbar hernia and diabetes), we were left without a paid lunch. The journey cost us 58 euros + pain + high blood pressure minus lunch. There were no apologies from the transfer organizers. Probably their working methods are to inform you about the route already on the bus. On the way back we spent 5 euros from the hotel to the lower station and 900 rubles on a comfortable bus from Karlovy Vary to Prague Airport, a total of 1,400 rubles. Travel time 1 hour. 40 minutes. I believe that the information on the website should be reliable both on the transfer and on the operation of the thermal pool and on the number of procedures in the paid package. Карловы Вары, так же как и Марианские Лазни находятся на западе Чехии. Пожалуйста в следующий раз внимательней читайте информацию на сайте где бронируете путевку. По поводу еды, проведем улучшения, предупредим персонал. По поводу количества процедур - в вашем подтверждении указано: 14 ночей проживания, 3-х разовое питание , 40 лечебных процедур , 2 осмотра доктора , питьевой курс , лабораторные анализы. Т.е. Вы получили 20 процедур в неделю, согласно Вашей брони.

The location is ideal, the springs are nearby. Considering that the whole morning is scheduled according to procedures, you need to have breakfast between them, and you need to drink water 1 hour before breakfast, then proximity to the sources is a necessary condition. Attentive attitude of all the staff, a very good choice of dishes in the dining room and thanks to the chef for his imagination. In the therapeutic part, I would especially like to note the work of the massage therapist Thomas - beyond all praise. Extremely nice and friendly receptionists, the cleaner who cleaned our room is very kind and very nice ( I think her name is Mariam), the spa therapists are ok, however some improvement is needed. The most professional out of all of spa therapists is the one who did mud wraps. I am a spa therapist myself and I know what the service should be as well as treatments. I have enjoyed the service in the restaurant, very efficient and professional waitresses. As far as menu is concerned, I expected to see more Czech Traditional dishes on the menu. I didn't come all the way to try english stake, pasta etc. The Czech dishes I saw in other restaurants were not on the hotel's menu at all.Negatives
The Chief Nurse has tried to allocate treatments to my son's procedure list such as Oxygenation which he is allergic to and not been prescribed by his doctor. The pool with mineral water was not working. If we knew, we would choose to come another time, after it has been repaired. And reflex massage was not available, nevertheless it is on the list. The Chief Nurse does not care about the way she looks, her hair was in a horrible state which gives her unprofessional look. She needs to wash it, cut it and style it. No one would employ somebody like her to work in a Spa in Great Britain. And lastly, I really would love to see an osteopath or a chiropractor in Windsor's hotel, it would be a great advantage to the Spa. Massage is good, but it does not deal with manipulation and adjustments of the bones.Positives

The food is dietary. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Almost no fatty or fried foods. Sweets are also not enough. Personally, I liked this diet, I even lost a little weight. Before the trip, I was a little worried about the lack of air conditioning. It turned out that the temperature in Karlovy Vary is comfortable, it gets cool at night and it’s not hot or stuffy to sleep. We took a superior room.Negatives
In the medical building, the numbering of treatment rooms is practically invisible, very small numbers. Especially for the first time and those who have poor vision, given that most of the patients are elderly. It is difficult to find where the right room is. We stayed at the Windsor Hotel three times! And we will come again. The hotel is wonderful. There are no downsides, or we just didn’t see them. Very convenient location. The springs are nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent medical base. Wonderful doctor! We remember everyone and are grateful to every hotel employee for the warm welcome and our unforgettable and healthy vacation. Thank you for the gift and compliment from the hotel administration! During the procedures, some of the old hotel employees were not met, changes took place, new young employees appeared. But they were very kind and attentive. The friendly and cheerful Betka continues to work, we were glad to meet her. Our doctor selected the optimal treatment, this time we only stayed for a week, but it benefited us. There have also been changes in the hotel restaurant, it’s a pity that we didn’t meet the old team, they were wonderful and we are very grateful to them and remember them. But they fed us very tasty and varied. There is only one small wish: to include more fish dishes in the diet, this was an advantageous feature of the hotel. This time fish dishes were served, but I would like them to be more often. The buffet could be diversified a little; the salads and vegetables were very modest and unsightly in appearance. There are no complaints about hot dishes, soups and main courses; I really liked everything both in taste and execution. Our room was always spotlessly clean! We thank the staff who tidied up our room for the cleanliness and comfort. We thank all the employees of our favorite hotel for a wonderful holiday and plan to return next year! See you soon!
