the hotel has a very good location - close to the colonnade, central but quiet It belongs to the Ensana chain and so you can usually use the facilities in the other associated hotels in Marienbad -> e.g. Roman baths in the Hotel Nowije Lazni. Our room was very spacious and beautiful, the furnishings matched the ambience :-) the beds are a bit too hard but we got the toppers for the bed - so the problem was quickly solved. The cleaning fairies were quick and almost invisible - as soon as we left, the room was tidied!

The kitchen was a little underpowered for a 4-star hotel and the kitchen staff seemed annoyed and dissatisfied at times.
