One of the few hotels I would like to return to. The city itself is simply beautiful, unlike Karlovy Vary, there are not many tourists here. The hotels speak excellent German and Russian. The hotel itself is somewhat removed from the center and sources. It’s located on a beautiful mountain, which provides a beautiful view, but it’s hard to get back there on foot after long walks. The rooms are simple. Breakfast is typical for the Czech Republic. Dinner is decent. The hotel pool is great.

The overall impression is good, I recommend it. The food is delicious, you won't go hungry. There is a fitness area and an aqua zone. Fitness is a small room, there are cycling machines, one elliptical. Arm trainers - deadlifts, abductions. I studied to the music, I chose it myself. There is a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. A good steam bath - small, but it never felt crowded. The pool is good - t 29 water, and 30 air, it was comfortable.

I liked the food and accommodation. The treatment is standard and not bad. I really liked the gas injections. And so they prescribed me a whole program. Inhalation with mineral water also seemed useful. Without any problems, I asked to replace the pearl baths with them, they went to the meeting without question, by the way, the staff is friendly and understands Russian. And I ended up replacing all the remaining bubble baths with this inhalation.

As often happens, Russians are first offered the worst rooms without a view from the window. Through requests and threats, it turns out that there are many other nicer numbers. The hotel, in principle, is not even close to 4 stars, the rooms have an area of 9-12 m2, the cleaning of the rooms is poor, the lighting in the rooms is insufficient, there are no air conditioners or ventilation in the rooms, but there are a lot of mosquitoes, from which the reception suggests closing the windows. The food at the hotel is very simple and monotonous. Regarding the procedures, we were very upset that instead of mineral baths, only baths with ordinary tap water were offered.

My stay is from 28.03. to 04/11/15, at this time the weather may still be snowy))). I love sports and spend my time actively, so the position of the hotel on the mountain suited me VERY well, the central exit is right into the park! The location of the hotel is in the middle between the station and the colonnade, next to the supermarket! Nice, comfortable, fairly large rooms (I was in a single room). VARIED and delicious food (breakfast and dinner)!!! For me, the POOL was very important, quite large, and the Roman bath, small, but it was enough))) There is internet, a computer. You can vacuum carpets better because... it quickly collects dirt; Sometimes there were a lot of people in the pool, many of whom were from other hotels...

Noise insulation is poor, the neighbors made themselves known with outrageous regularity. I liked the spa area, the pool is large. The restaurant and lobby left a good impression both in terms of variety and quality.
