I liked everything. The treatment program was well chosen, balanced, and was on time everywhere. Very clear organization, staff work... Even if some small discrepancies occurred, they always corrected the situation correctly and met halfway. Very responsive, friendly staff. The food is varied, tasty and plentiful. When I began to gain weight after the first week of being on the standard program, after a meeting with a nutrition specialist, they prepared an individual menu for me for the remaining 2 weeks for a small additional payment. The hotel is excellent, the room overlooks the pool and the river, very clean, cleaning was carried out often, but always in my absence. It’s very nice that the supplies of coffee and tea in the room are regularly replenished, and there are always apples in the reception area. A wonderful park for walks, a very cozy Cafe Elizaveta, a pleasant town of Piestany.Negatives

Architecture and decorations preserved from the beginning of the 20th century. Excellent balneology department with mineral water and mud treatments and kind, helpful staff. No queues, everything is on schedule, which is nice. Very clean, comfortable. The food is very high quality, a huge selection of dishes, fresh vegetables, fruits, a lot of greens, varied, tasty, you can choose for every taste, including people who adhere to a healthy diet. Starched snow-white tablecloths, cleanliness, live music, it’s very, very pleasant to be in the dining room! A huge, well-groomed area, you can walk for hours. The rooms are comfortable, excellent sound insulation, high-quality cleaning, frequent linen changes. Everything was wonderful. We left with the desire to return! No one expected a diagnosis, but you can try to understand, listen, in order to prescribe exactly the right procedures. I also encountered his irritation when I came again to replace a procedure that was unsuitable for my health. The voucher included payment for a blood test and an ECG; they don’t offer it themselves; we had to remind them; they scheduled it at the end of the second week of our stay, when the point was already lost and after negative communication with the doctor there was no longer any desire to go to him again. The massage therapists are very unqualified. I changed several and all the massages ended in headache and back pain for me. They don’t know how to do it at all, it’s better not to go. I would like to wish the canteen managers to be more tolerant and restrain their groundless negativity towards guests from Russia. 1. As always, the staff does a great job with mud treatments (mud envelopes) and underwater massage. 2. I think the quality of the food has improved, there are some nice additions, but it’s still not clear why there’s a huge selection of varied bread for breakfast, but less for lunch, and not much left for dinner :). And the portions in custom-made dishes have decreased significantly, although they have become tastier. 1. Service in the restaurant has deteriorated - obviously due to a reduction in the number of waiters. Everything is not always ready for the opening of a restaurant; you have to wait a long time for the waiter to order. As before, women from Arab countries in national robes wriggle their huge sleeves into salads while putting food on plates. In past years, I have repeatedly contacted the restaurant staff, to no avail. 2. The water in the outdoor pool is no longer mineral, but ordinary. Moreover, less than a couple of months had passed since the opening of the new aquatic center, when the outdoor pool was closed for renovation. The location of the showers, etc. in the sauna is not entirely convenient, the glass is incorrect and not the best solution for saunas, although it is probably fashionable. 3. Room cleaning has deteriorated. It was much better in past years. 4. Breakdowns often occurred - elevators, doors in the sauna, swimming pool - I already wrote. 5. It doesn’t reach 5 stars, although I want to :) - this can be seen from the prices.... In comparison with Italian 5* hotels, say in Abano Terme, there is a big difference. This is my first time at this resort, and my first time traveling with Sanatoriums. Both points are excellent! Now to all sanatoriums only with Sanatoriums! Why - everything is simple: a perfectly organized trip (they helped with a visa, helped with the choice of a sanatorium, talked in detail several times about the resort - its pros and cons, excellently organized transfer there and back, very pleased with the work of Veronica - the hotel guide), the final price was cheaper hotel and other companies. The treatment is wonderful, the Irma resort house is beyond praise. The town is very pleasant, there are places to walk even in winter.Negatives
