Hotel Zagreb is part of the overall structure of the Sava Hotel. Therefore, treatment and food in both hotels are the same. The hotel staff is friendly, responsive and professional. Special thanks to the reception manager in Vitko, who promptly helped solve our problems. The hotel’s treatment center has an excellent doctor and good medical staff. The food is varied. In general, everything is delicious, lots of fruits and vegetables. All restaurant employees try very hard: waiters, cooks, and ordinary kitchen workers. Although there are some shortcomings (torn napkins, unwashed fruit). As for the accommodation conditions, they differ significantly in Zagreb and Sava. Apart from the fact that there are no balconies or air conditioning in Zagreb (which the website warns about), whether you get a good or bad room is a lottery. The room may be very dark if the windows overlook the forest, or very noisy due to working ventilation, or with ancient plumbing, or with a small window). In addition, as it turned out, the renovation carried out in Zagreb in 2015 was limited to updating the beds and wardrobes. 1. The biggest problem is the quality of cleaning. We could not remove the garbage for 3 days. They did this only after a reminder. The carpet in the room was either not vacuumed, or they did it poorly (for example, there was garbage left over from previous guests), they forgot to change the bathrobes on time, again had to be reminded (then one of the bathrobes was torn), the carpet on the floor was not vacuumed for at least 8 days. 2. Hotel Zagreb does not meet 4-star accommodation conditions. .

Dear Mr. Frolov, According our state finacal we have different precentage for different services. By our low there is 22% for all services except basic grocery for living. Tourist txas is without % becouse we charged it in the name of state.

From year to year, we have been there for the seventh or eighth year, prices for water and medical services are getting higher and higher. It would be nice and useful for both parties to have an initial general examination with a doctor and tests at a lower price, especially for regular clients. Or some kind of accumulative loyalty card for hotel accommodation or medical procedures.

This is not the first time I have booked my stay at resorts through the website sanatoriums.com. I contact them in advance and clarify the details, which allows me to navigate the hotels. From January 19 to 28, 2018, I vacationed in Rogaska Slatina in Slovenia. I booked a room at the Zagreb Hotel , but upon arrival I was accommodated at the Sava Hotel. These two hotels are interconnected. The room was single and quite comfortable with a view of the forest and the Alexander Hotel. Very warm. As a compliment, a bottle of wine and mineral water and an apple. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would advise emphasizing that this hotel has its own apple orchard !Apples are always available throughout the day, and there is real juice at breakfast. The food is varied and tasty. The hotel has a swimming pool with thermal water. Separately, there is a luxury spa complex for 20 euros for 3 hours with all types of baths. It’s a pity that they don’t have enough of it advertised and I took advantage only on the last day, because there was a late flight. The main thing at this resort is Donat water. The hotel is conveniently located to the drinking pump room. The resort itself is pleasant for hiking in nature. I wish you health. Thank you for a good stay and transfer.

Hotel Zagreb is one of the buildings of the SAVA hotel. Therefore, the actual assessment falls on SAVA. Impressions from the staff, treatment, WATER, quality of food and location of the sanatorium are extremely positive. The staff is invariably polite, attentive to guests, always ready to answer all questions and help in resolving them. The staff performing treatment procedures are fluent in their profession, attentive and friendly. There is practically no language barrier. The quality and variety of food (buffet) is simply excellent. I wrote the word WATER with a capital letter, because... the beneficial effect on the body that it undoubtedly has.

They settled in the attic. There is no air conditioning. The heat is 33 degrees and humidity. I have to work in the afternoon - it’s very difficult in such conditions. The toilet does not work perfectly; the water in the bathroom drains for hours. Old pipes, staff can't do anything. Two weeks out of three, the cleaners cleaned the toilet/bathroom disgustingly: they didn’t even clean off the stains, and the bathroom was slippery from the previous soap. The smell is undying. As soon as the cleaning lady changed, suddenly everything was fine. Then again. Drinks at lunch and dinner are not given free of charge - they even demand money for tap water, which made life much more difficult.

The lack of air conditioning in the Zagreb hotel makes staying there in the summer very difficult. The antediluvian elevator also affects the mood and quality of rest. The lunch break in the mineral water pump room (from 13 to 15) is poorly coordinated with lunch time in hotels and affects drinking water according to the rules strongly recommended by doctors.
