I liked the food - a lot of fish and seafood, fruits, vegetables and everything else. Porridge can be ordered upon request. The cakes are delicious - hard to resist. The room was cleaned several times a day.Negatives
It was very hot in the room - I had to keep the door to the balcony open all the time. I slept under a sheet. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, but in the restaurant no one speaks Russian and few even understand English. Добрый день, уважаемая Elena Starobina. Спасибо за Ваши замечания! Высокая температура в номере часто зависит от батареи в ванной комнате, ее можно регулировать или совсем отключать. Много клиентов из России обычно бывают в отеле на новогодние и майские праздники, в среднем русскоязычные клиенты составляют 20% от всех гостей отеля. Русскоязычный персонал есть во всех отделах отеля, в том числе и в ресторане, мы всегда предлагаем меню на русском языке и недавно среди официантов появилась русскоязычная девушка.
