The food is monotonous; the cook clearly needs to learn how to cook fish porridge. There is no normal butter - soft margarine instead. A poor selection of dairy products. The package of procedures is very meager. We took the relaxation program - it was written only for women and included female procedures - the husband did not receive anything in return. The medical staff behaves very noisily, there is no opportunity to relax during the procedure - their laughter and noise are everywhere. Those who are not familiar with the concept of medical ethics go into each other’s offices and disturb each other with their chatter. Not familiar with the concept of sterility and cleanliness. Definitely not recommended!

Excellent hotel, wonderful doctors, varied food, including, of course, Georgian cuisine. When purchasing a course of more than 7 days, treatment is included. A park with a spring of Borjomi mineral water is located close to the hotel, which allows you to take promenades while enjoying the amazing forest and mountains. You can get from Tbilisi to Borjomi using a hotel transfer. The hotel offers interesting excursion programs.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel on our trip to Georgia. The first impression was very good. Quite a rich lobby, we were met, shown to our room, and the boy immediately brought our suitcases. Well, Europe, damn it! The second impression nevertheless returned everything to its place. In short, not a bad hotel, but with some kind of juice. It is essentially a Soviet-era sanatorium, albeit an improved one. The rooms are quite spacious, but the taps in the bathroom were hanging, the wallpaper on the walls was in an oriental colorful style, the towels were hard and had loose threads. When I called the reception and asked to change the towels, I waited for about 20 minutes, and then called again. About 10 minutes after the 2nd ring they brought them, but they were exactly the same, not the first freshness. Breakfast is quite standard, there is not much choice, but you can eat enough, there is no limit on quantity. We ordered spa capsule treatments with added salts, it was not bad, for 15 minutes we paid 50 GEL for each capsule. For us, in principle, this is not money, but it seems to me that for Georgia it is too much. The pool is small, fortunately we were alone there. But I liked the hotel area, there was a lot of greenery, there were benches to sit and rocking cradles. On average, not bad. The beds and pillows were comfortable, so we slept well.

In principle, I liked it and I’m even thinking of coming again in September. I didn't really like the food, but that may be to my taste. It was my first time at a sanatorium and I thought that the food was more dietary, less meat and more fish and stewed vegetables, in short, more variety. The cleanliness of the resort is perfect, the staff is very attentive and friendly. Of course it's a pity that the pools are very small.
