It was one of the best holidays I've ever had (I'm 60 years old). The most I wanted to note was the location of the hotel; I walked all over Borjomi. I couldn’t think of a better place. This is also an excellent job by the staff. The reception is five plus.

This is not a sanatorium. There is no Organization. There is no personal approach. There is either minimum relaxation or treatment. There are many procedures but the organization is disgusting. I changed it, but every time they ask me, did you pay extra?? This is not a vacation. Complained several times. The issues have been partially resolved. Partially not. Feeling like a complete mess. No one respects appointment times.

When we left the sanatorium, we were also allowed to have lunch, although this was no longer included in the price of the vacation. It was a pleasant surprise. Our family room was constantly cleaned and bottled water was supplied to drink. The staff of the sanatorium, starting from the reception, everywhere, is wonderful, very friendly, they always smiled and solved our questions. I never felt uncomfortable. It was like a friendly family. As for the food, I can say that I liked it. Wide variety of food. Every day we prepared something new. Interesting salads, pkhali. I especially liked everything with spinach. The staff in the restaurant is very well-mannered and fast. As soon as you leave a plate on the table after eating, it is immediately removed. It’s good that watching cartoons in the cinema was organized for children. I really enjoyed the concerts in the theater and in the restaurant during dinner. The hotel area is very nice and very clean. A good gym for playing tennis and billiards.
