Excellent hotel, highly recommend for relaxation and maintaining good health. Restaurant, incl. and the breakfast is beyond praise. I liked the physiotherapy (extraction) in vertical baths. Everything is done for comfort: water and tea with honey are available in the spa, a swimming pool and jacuzzi around the clock, a kettle and coffee machine in the room, excellent cosmetics and impeccable cleanliness.Negatives

Good afternoon, after 17 nights spent at the Amberton Hotel, we will be glad to share our impressions. Let's start with the arrival. Despite the flight delay (two hours), a representative of the sanatorium company, Thomas, was patiently waiting for us, who took care of delivery to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel at 22:00, dinner was waiting for us, which Thomas had agreed on in advance. The location of the hotel is great: quiet, very central, lovely air. Food: We chose two meals a day, breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is open to both hotel guests and people who just want to eat in the restaurant. In the morning there is a buffet, a very tasty breakfast, everything is fresh. In the evening, a three-course dinner, choice from the menu: soup or salad, main course and dessert. The dinner is very filling, interesting presentation of dishes, large portions, everything is very fresh. The disadvantage from our point of view is the identity of the menu, which remains unchanged every day. For people who come for a long time (like us), this moment begins to interfere: when you come to dinner, you know in advance what will be on the menu. Portions do not change from day to day. In our opinion, we need a buffet for dinner or a more varied menu. The service in the restaurant is at a very high level, everything is clean and stylish, pleasant, attentive and polite staff. I would like to express special gratitude and admiration to Anna: the restaurant administrator. Anna is a professional in her field, very friendly, caring, always ready to give advice and help in any matter. Communication with Anna left an indelible impression and there is no doubt that Anna is the adornment of the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious, even the standard room impressed with its size, comfort and gorgeous view of the river. Beds with very interesting technology - don't forget to ask the reception desk for tablets to track your sleep quality. The room was cleaned every day, and the free water and coffee capsules for the coffee machine were replenished. A nice addition is the ability to connect your phone via bluetooth to the audio speakers in the room, but at the same time there was a lack of connectivity to the TV. The spa is at a high level, everyone is very polite and professional. I would like to especially thank Natalia - Sales Manager of the hotel. Attentive, highly professional, responsive, polite, always ready to help, explain and do everything for the convenience and relaxation of guests. All the staff at the Reception are very attentive, always with a smile and a kind word, they are always interested in how you are relaxing and ask how they can be useful. Very nice. To sum up, we can clearly say that we are very pleased with our holiday. We are happy to recommend you stay in this luxurious hotel, enjoy walks in the fresh air, ride bicycles, which are offered free of charge at the hotel, walk through the forest and recharge with positive energy. During the 8 days of our stay at the Amberton Green SPA hotel, we fell in love with it completely and irrevocably! The hotel administration managed to create an amazing atmosphere and an excellent team of professionals that will help you relax, unwind, improve your health and feel like the most welcome guests! An excellent room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a very comfortable and thoughtful layout, furniture (the bed alone is worth it!) and a view of the Neman. A very cozy swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna complex, which can be visited 24 hours a day! Special thanks to all the specialists at the spa center: massage therapists, physiotherapists, kinesiologists, etc. I will only say one thing, thanks to the magical hands, high qualifications and exceptional attitude, my back, which has been constantly hurting for the last 8 years, now does not hurt at all, literally at all! The review would not be complete without mentioning the magic cooks, thanks to whom every day we experienced taste sensations hitherto unknown to us (spring chicken!!!!!!!!).
