Only positive things from staying in the sanatorium! The entire infrastructure of the sanatorium is thought out and arranged to create a favorable atmosphere of stay and treatment. Only positive emotions from the procedures, accommodation and interaction with the staff. I visited the sanatorium twice with an interval of eight months, and when I arrived the second time, I saw developments towards improvement. Which suggests that even with an initially fairly high level of service (there is something to compare with), the sanatorium team is improving its work and infrastructure. Many thanks to all the staff for their attentive and friendly attitude. I would especially like to mention the reception staff at the hospital: they are always ready to help and organize procedures in a convenient schedule. The medical staff are helpful and attentive. The maids are polite and unobtrusive. Immaculate cleanliness everywhere. In a word, the highest praise for the sanatorium in general, the management and employees in particular! Of course, I plan to continue visiting this resort in the future. I would also like to say a special thank you to the management and employees of Sanatoriums.com for their prompt responses, understanding and patience! A very convenient site and all the information is objective and accessible. All positions stated on the website regarding the organization of both recreation and transfer deserve only high marks. There are NO disadvantages directly related to the sanatorium. But some irritation was caused by joint visits to procedures with individual vacationers who did not comply with the basic rules of staying in the hospital and attending procedures. In particular: a certain category of women (I assume that men too) do not read/understand that before visiting the pool they must definitely take a shower in the locker room and carry out body hygiene and especially hygiene of intimate places (the excuse about showering in the room causes absolute rejection - We cannot record this, hence the misunderstanding). That in a hospital (if you moved to a hospital, and even more so to a swimming pool, on the street) you need to wear removable shoes or use shoe covers, and all this is written in the rules and in the pool (who would read them), and all the necessary equipment ( including lockers for shoes and a machine with shoe covers) is available in the hospital. The staff of the hospital and the swimming pool are simply not able to keep track of everyone (and they shouldn’t, actually). As a wish/suggestion: include in a separate memo for vacationers indicating fines (only this, apparently, can accustom people to basic culture) the rules for using the pool and the hospital in terms of outerwear and shoes, as well as hygiene rules before visiting the pool. During check-in, familiarize visitors with these rules and sign them. Maybe then it will become clear that you can’t go to the pool without taking a shower in the locker room! And that after the sauna you must first go into the shower near the sauna cabin, and then dive into the common pool, etc. And when a person signs that he is familiar with and agrees with the penalties, he will comply with the rules. The most important thing is that all “individual” training with kinesiotherapists is NOT individual. Dear management - if you sell the service "individual training with a trainer", then you must provide the number of trainers EQUAL to the number of clients in the gym! Our coach constantly left us and ran around the rest of the people in the gym while we did what we could and as best we could. (What should he do if there are many clients, and he is alone?!) In addition, the trainer did not have the qualifications to work with professional athletes, although he probably works well with ordinary people. We had to cancel the training, and when we returned the money, we were charged 30% of the cost, and the training was not cheap. Unfortunately, it was not possible to purchase additional paid massages, although that was mainly what we came for. They said it was not possible. I had to go to a nearby hotel and buy them there. Food - you can find and choose something healthy and tasty, but I would like to have at least something sweet, besides whipped cream and jelly... there is no sweet table at all...
