One elderly lady doing underwater massage provides service like in the Soviet Union - she treats patients rudely, urges them to leave quickly after the procedure and is extremely unfriendly. I had to abandon this procedure as such. They still treat me rudely for my money! This number will not work with me on anyone!!!!

Thanks to all the staff from the gardeners to the administration, almost everyone is very attentive and polite. Personal thanks to doctor Daina (Egle standard building C) for the unscheduled appointment and for the treatment. Also to the partners of the sanatorium who provide the transfer, since due to the delay of the plane they had to wait a long time for our arrival. Procedures were scheduled and rescheduled at the first request, I would like to especially mention Karolis. In short, the sanatorium is in the best traditions. Some procedures are only paid. I would like to have them in the paid “package” at least in small quantities. We took a deluxe room for 14 nights. The payment included 70 procedures. Among other things, I was prescribed 14 relaxation procedures (to choose from: aromatherapy, audiovisual therapy, binaural therapy, oxygen therapy). 7 procedures of one thing from this list would be enough for me, and for the remaining 7 procedures I would like to take gas injections. But according to the rules of the sanatorium, this is not possible. I advise everyone to study the “treatment packages” on the sanatorium website before the trip.

We rested for 10 days from September 26 to October 5, 2019. We came here for the first time. We were delighted with the services, starting with the reception desk, doctor’s appointment, admission to the hospital, and all procedures. I am absolutely delighted with the cleanliness and order, from the attention of all staff and assistance in resolving any issue. Great location in a pine forest, clean air, lots of entertainment every evening. Games, dances. Disgusting coffee from coffee machines in the cafeteria. I would like to be able to take half board with 2 meals a day. This does not concern me, but for older people, as well as those with musculoskeletal problems, the location of the dining room in a building on the 2nd floor without an elevator is very strange. Just bullying 3 times a day. I understand that this can hardly be corrected, but it may make sense to give them the opportunity to eat in the economy canteen, which can be reached using an elevator and special devices for wheelchair users.

The combination of therapeutic exercises, mineral and carbon dioxide baths, massage with walks along forest paths give a noticeable effect: the fatigue and depression that accumulated over the year in the body of a Middle Eastern resident gradually disappear, as if dissolving in the wonderful atmosphere of Druskininkai.
