Deception at every turn: accommodation in a room that is worse in category than was requested and paid for; requirement of additional payments (for placing a child, for a lunch box instead of a paid lunch/breakfast/dinner); dirty dishes and tablecloths in the restaurant; lack of bath amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and much more. The human factor, unfortunately, greatly spoiled the impression of staying at this hotel.

I would like to thank the administration of the Sanatoriums site for a wonderfully organized vacation and transfer. This was my first time encountering Sanatoriums. Booked the Belvedere Hotel. A week before the start of the holiday, a Sanatorium specialist called me and said that the hotel would not be able to accept us, BUT in return we would be accommodated in a higher category hotel Pavlik without any additional payments. Thanks a lot! We had a wonderful rest and healing. I recommend Sanatoriums to everyone. The transfer was also ordered for Satstek. Group. In fact, my friend and I from Prague were traveling together.Negatives
Due to the fact that the sanatorium was completely full, procedures were not provided for a fee. It seems to me that the sanatorium should be interested in providing them.

Convenient location, we really liked that the hotel is in a park area, because it is quiet and peaceful. The hotel has excellent renovation, you feel comfortable. Our room is spacious and very comfortable. A good medical base, a decent selection of different procedures. Also good food.

I liked everything very much. The location is almost in the park itself, it is very convenient for walks and going to the springs. The attitude of the staff is friendly. The treatment varied in the choice of procedures, with special emphasis placed on mud procedures. I liked the work of the medical staff.
