We really enjoyed our stay, the treatments in the house were very good, everything was done very carefully and cleanly. The staff during the treatments were courteous and very friendly.Negatives
The quality of the food was good, although there was a lot of meat and few vegetables to choose from. The service staff was very reserved, they didn't say hello. After the meal, the dishes were taken away immediately without a comment. The tables were immediately prepared for the next meal while the meal was over, that's not possible. Some peace and quiet while eating would be appropriate. If breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m., you should be able to come around 9 a.m. because everything was already cleaned up. Even in the evening after dinner, everything was already gone by 7 p.m., not great. It would also be nice if we could sit together for a while in the evening, but that wasn't possible, and you couldn't order anything in the foyer either. We then went out of the house; there are enough small inns and hotels there to have a drink in the evening. There are also people who don't go to their rooms until 7 p.m.

The concept of a spa hotel is great. You also have many options for spending your free time. Located right in the center, you can reach everything in Františkovy Lázně within walking distance from the spa hotel. The rooms are clean. The hotel offers the charm and chic of the early 20th century.Negatives
Unfortunately the food is very meat-heavy. There are always three types of meat to choose from for dinner. Although it tastes very good, vegetarians only have the side dishes or dessert. The spa hotel has to change in order to become more attractive to younger spa guests who don't want to eat meat every day.

The city even inspires creativity a little. They chose Goethe because of its location, and did not lose. The rooms are good, the cleaning is regular (we actually were rarely in the room, we walked more). The food is of high quality. The room has a balcony, there was no noise.
