All procedures were carried out in Savoy. In terms of food, dinner in Savoy, breakfast in Goethe. When we arrived, no one informed us that there was no check-in at the Goethehotel, but at the Savoy. It turned out that they had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor, move along the corridors, find another elevator and then go higher. They couldn't explain anything at the information desk, because... Communication there is bad, from the word “absolutely”. The girl speaks only Czech, a few words in German and Russian, although the hotel positions itself as Russian-speaking (at least that’s what it says on the hotel’s website). Printed information is only in Czech and German (so at least something could be read). I tried to change the number (mine was on the way), to sort out the payment (because they took more than the amount indicated when ordering), but I was never able to resolve these issues.
