This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Good, varied food. Very decent pastries, sufficient selection of fruits. Beer and wine are for everyone, but without restrictions. There is always plenty of space in the restaurant. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The treatment (mud wrap and extraction) was strictly on schedule, but the temperature of the mud could have been higher. I recommend taking the procedures in packages, it’s really cheaper.Negatives
They do not offer a towel after the hood and similarly there is no way to replace a wet sheet or towel on the spot (in the sauna area). Although it would be ideal to receive and hand them over there, on the spot. In general, the impression of the holiday is positive.

The treatment was excellent - they used mud and extract, but there were very few procedures. The hotel has very good food, plentiful, varied and tasty. Several thermal pools and, when the weather is bad and you are too lazy to go to the lake, then the water spaces in the hotel are quite enough.Negatives
The windows from the hotel face the street and, to be honest, in the morning, if the window is open, it is a little noisy, there is a lot of traffic on the street. But when it was cold and the window was closed, the noise did not bother us. Additional medical procedures are very expensive. Room cleaning is very superficial. At the hotel we had to wait a very long time for the Elevator; the Elevator broke down very often. Pools with thermal water close early, and in the autumn season it is not very convenient. On Sunday, the swimming area was completely closed at 19:00 and no one wanted or could explain to us why. There is no way to dry a swimsuit or towel in the room, and there is also no way to get a dry towel or sheet after visiting the sauna or pool. The restaurant very often served unwashed apples and plums, as well as lettuce leaves with soil leftovers. At night there was a very strong sewer smell.

The treatment is also without any complaints, although it’s very little, and it’s a little expensive to charge extra. Swimming pools, what more could you ask for, 2 with thermal water and a regular one with access to the street, the thermal ones close early, and at this time of year it’s not very convenient, after dinner there’s no possibility. firstly, the hotel was undergoing renovations, we were accommodated on the 3rd floor and it turned out that renovation work was being carried out right above us, so there was constant noise. We were especially annoyed that they started drilling and knocking at 7.30 in the morning, so we couldn’t sleep. After a few days of torment, we contacted the reception with a request to move us to the 1st floor, which they did the next day. secondly, on the 1st floor, the service staff, namely the cleaners, whose room was located not far from us, began their work at about 7 am with loud conversations and noise. The audibility in the hotel is colossal! So, it was impossible to sleep here either! And they come to the sanatorium for treatment and relaxation, which also includes good sleep, which we had in fragments. And thirdly, and finally, a terrible “surprise” awaited us! On the day of departure, or most likely the day before, we were ROBBED! We kept cash in the safe, which was missing in the amount of 700 Euros!!! Moreover, the branded handbag, which was also in the room, disappeared along with them! Our friend, who lived in the next room, also lost 150 Euros! Therefore, most likely, there is a gang working in the hotel that is counting out leaving tourists and opening safes!!!

The stay at the sanatorium was marred by several points: 1. The transfer from Budapest Airport was a group transfer, but the driver brought us to a completely different hotel, we had to explain to him in order to bring us to our hotel. In his documents we were listed at another hotel. 2. Room cleaning is poor. Linen is changed on time and only vacuumed in the rooms. The dust is not wiped off, the plumbing fixtures are poorly washed. 3. The air conditioners in the rooms did not work during the entire stay, although it was up to +30 outside. They told the reception that the problem was throughout the hotel. 4. On the penultimate day the shower broke. I submitted 2 written requests to the staff, in addition, at my request, representative Marina called them. However, neither that day nor the next the problem was resolved. 5. The amount indicated in the booking was in euros. When checking at the reception, they offered to pay by card either in forints or US dollars. As a result, when paying, I was charged almost 40 euros more than indicated in the booking. At the same time, the employee explained that this was due to currency conversion. Then write the amount in forints and we will pay in forints. 6. At the reception desks, employees are only engaged in accommodating guests. All other questions are not answered and the guests' problems are not resolved.

A very big positive is that the hotel operates on an “all inclusive” system - it has everything a visitor needs to improve their health and have a relaxing stay: a lot of different therapeutic and supportive procedures, excellent food, proximity to the lake, organized transfer from/to the airport . I would especially like to note the free access throughout the day to thermal pools, a hydromassage pool and a sauna; free use of them complements and increases the effectiveness of the prescribed treatment procedures. Without leaving the hotel, you receive a full range of treatments. During my two weeks of stay and treatment at the hotel, upon arrival home, I felt a real improvement in the condition of my spine. Overall assessment - this is a hotel with excellent living and treatment conditions; I would recommend it to anyone who needs treatment of joints and spine using sanatorium methods.Negatives
