I wouldn't call it a negative, more of a recommendation. The locker room in the Europa Fit medical building is inconveniently located. You have to go up and down a large staircase with an awkward handrail and only one side. For people 60+, it is very easy to trip and lose your balance.

Plus, you also use saunas, swimming pools, etc. I bought a package of 10 procedures with accommodation at the Erzsebet Spa Hotel ***, and went and paid at Europe Fit - upon departure, the fee for the 10 ordered procedures was calculated. Lunches...I couldn’t understand all the time, having had lunch during the day, the same thing for dinner, I thought there would be a slightly exclusive menu. Every day the same salad, except for water to wash down the food, there was nothing for lunch and dinner, nonsense. You can’t refuse lunch because it was booked. Why? I ordered one menu several times, they bring a completely different one. In general, lunches are for a solid 3 .The staff in the restaurant is excellent! Conclusion, the hotel is good, the food is not very good.

A very strong smell lingers from the kitchen, even into the room. We didn’t even change our sweaters because... It smelled very much like the kitchen. The room was poorly cleaned, no one washed the corners and I wiped the dust myself. The bed linen needed to be better (immediately upon check-in, some kind of baby sheet was put on, then they changed it with holes. The hotel looks good inside and out, but it just needs some renovation.

There was a guy at the reception, he speaks Russian poorly, but he provided an interpreter, there were no problems with communication. The room was excellent, clean, linen was changed every seven days, towels every two days, there were snow-white robes in the bathroom. The hotel is calm, our room's windows faced the street. For 10 days, the menu was never repeated, the food was delicious (mashed soups, meat, all kinds of side dishes, sauces, desserts), the portions were huge. The hotel has a qualified doctor who speaks Russian. High-quality procedures in our case are (massage, mud, electro-procedures, 10 hours of visiting the lake), the staff is very friendly and friendly. A wonderful spring break. This is not the first time I have ordered rest and treatment on the website sanatoriums.com. I am very pleased this time too. The transfer is above all praise: clarity, friendliness, service culture, affordable prices. They met me alone in Vienna and brought me to Heviz for the price of a group transfer. And they took me back the same way: one by car to Vienna. We were notified one day in advance about the time of departure. The price for the entire tour is reasonable. I rested for two weeks. The lake is nearby, about 5 minutes walk. The lake is unique! It's such a pleasure to swim in warm water. The treatment package included mud, massage, and a doctor’s appointment. I tried the spinal traction procedure and was not impressed. I liked the mud and swimming in the lake more. About a week later, an exacerbation began: my legs and joints hurt. But after a couple of days everything went away. The doctor warned that this could happen - the body’s reaction to Heviz, then there would be no pain for about six months. Let's see. Its OK now. The water in the indoor baths is hot for me - 37 degrees. I swam in an open lake, the water was 25-27 degrees - the water there is more comfortable)) The hotel is quiet, homely, the atmosphere is pleasant. Very clean. The room is small and clean. Cleaned every day. There is a hairdryer in the room (in the reviews they wrote that no, I shouldn't have brought mine)) The restaurant is very clean, the service is fast and polite. The food is tasty, but not very varied: meat, chicken, turkey. The fish was cooked once in 14 days. Vegetables are cooked well with different sauces. I didn't really like the desserts. The town is quiet, clean, very small. The main thing is the lake. If you like to relax in peace and quiet, this is the place for you.Negatives

During your stay, after 3 days, In building A, the air conditioners did not work! And they did not repair it until the end of departure, although they promised.
