The transfer was terribly organized. No one met us at the airport, we called the manager and found out that the wait could be from one to two hours, we have to wait for more tourists from another flight. As a result, we sat at the airport for three hours. Usually information about the time of the return transfer is left at the reception. But there was nothing, the manager of your company did not answer calls. We had difficulty getting information from another source. In total, on the last evening before leaving, we did not walk around the city, but were searching for someone who would tell us about our transfer. Hello. I have no complaints about the hotel. But a very negative impression regarding the organization of transfer to the hotel and back to the airport. It turned out that we had to wait between an hour and two for a transfer from the airport, although there was no warning about this anywhere. And we waited for more than two hours. At the hotel we learned that your guests from America waited 6 hours for the transfer! The Sanatoriums employees couldn’t say anything intelligible over the phone, just wait and that’s it. There was also no support at the hotel from Sanatoriums employees. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and treatment at the Helios Hotel. I would especially like to note the work of Sanatoriums employee Marina: she is always in touch, by calling the reception you can get answers to any questions from her. A very convenient system, especially for people who do not know foreign languages. The guys at the reception are also always attentive, understanding and always at your service. The restaurant serves delicious food and in the evening there is live, calm, very atmospheric music, which makes every dinner a little holiday. I would like more attention from the doctor. My appointment with him lasted about three minutes. I did the stretching for the first time and I was not warned that I needed to lie down after it. There is nothing to look at X-rays in the office; there is no computer there for that. It would be nice to update the interior and renovate the swimming pool with healing water.

The doctor who examined my husband only had 5 minutes! ( 5 ) And I don't think that's okay. I can't accept that he had to do something else somewhere else. Because that way you have the feeling that you won't be taken first. We didn't like the soups at lunchtime during our stay.

The rooms have old carpeting, a smell... They don’t speak Russian at the reception, and in general, few people understand Russian, it’s good that the guides helped. The massage is weak and relaxing. Treatment is based on the principle - do no harm. Probably correct, because the main thing is the lake. The hotel is not suitable for young people, vacationers are mostly pensioners, but for me this is not a negative thing, just for information.

Transfer from the airport to the hotel - the driver was 30 minutes late, I had to be nervous. The staff at the reception is neither attentive nor friendly. Maid service: bed linen was not changed in 15 days, it was useless to ask. Terry robes are washed and not fresh. At the reception, they don’t know English well and no one speaks Russian; if there is no translator, why invite Russians on vacation.

Dear Nina Ligor, you booked a room in the building Benjamin. Those rooms does not have a balcony and it is connected with the main building by a corridor, which is like 3 minutes from the reception by a very slow walk. The therapy department is half way there within the same building. If you choose to go to the sanatoriums in the center and not using the therapy department within the hotel, it is not our problem or choice. Our hotel provides the medical treatments within the hotel, and the you can use the pool with thermal water which is in the hotel as well. The thermal water of the pool is the exact same water as the lake's water. Our colleagues at the therapy department speaks Hungarian, German, English. One of them speaks a little Russian as well. If you choose to go the lake and to the sanatorium in the center, it is your individual choice and has nothing to do with us. As you can see from the above mentioned things, we did not find the complaints accurate. You got exactly the same what you have booked. _
