More like a wish. The staff speaks poor English. We don’t mention Russian at all. We didn't understand a bit about the resort fee. When leaving the sanatorium, we paid 12,000 forints of this fee. No one said anything about this upon arrival. On the issue of language communication skills. We may have looked at this condition ourselves when booking the hotel, so no complaints. But somehow everything is very good. The pleasant picture of the holiday was blurred.

The resort is located in a quiet, cozy place. Lake Heviz is truly a miracle of nature; on the third day I was no longer bothered by back pain. Believe it or not. I write what I felt. The hotel is without any special frills, it just needs cosmetic repairs in some places. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The staff was friendly, the food was decent and varied, we didn’t feel hungry. When communicating with other vacationers, we noted for ourselves that the hotel is one of the best. Food, own thermal pool, healing drinking spring. Overall we are satisfied with this hotel and will visit again. I recommend. The rooms are quite shabby, the bathrobes are full of holes and dirty (washed), you have to ask for slippers at the reception desk, and they only gave one dirty pair. None of the staff speaks Russian. There is no treatment, the doctor said as much as you want and swim in the mineral pool or go to the lake, we learned from the vacationers that in the water for more than 30 minutes. it is forbidden. There is no water or tea for lunch and dinner. Pay attention to your things!!! They stole the key to our room safe, they noticed it in time and put our valuables in the hotel safe, and a day later they planted the key. Don’t take meat products from the market; they sell rotten meat with worms. It’s better in SPAR he’s nearby.

In the absence of the owners of these things, sometimes for several hours. Bicycles require more maintenance.
