The work of the staff at the reception leaves much to be desired. The girls are not friendly enough, and the services are limited (individual transfer is expensive, there is no group transfer, the bus time did not coincide, the return to the homeland turned out to be expensive and long). In Karlovy Vary there are quite a lot of Ukrainians among the service personnel (shops), I would not like the “face” of the Czech Republic to become intrusive and unceremonious.

The hotel is 4*, so we were surprised by the lack of a hairdryer and shower gel in the bathroom. The lack of a double bed in the hotel is inconvenient for a married couple. The issue with the hairdryer was resolved by taking it as a deposit from the reception. We bought shampoo and soap and moved the beds. A big minus on our part is the lack of regular cleaning of the room. The bed linen was changed only once, and then only after our complaint to the reception.

the price/quality ratio is super, although you have to leave the hotel and walk 50 meters to another building to get the procedures, but the quality of the rooms and the price compensated for this problem

The hotel is good in terms of amenities, everything is fine in terms of food. The treatment took place in a treatment center opposite the hotel, the quality of the procedures was satisfactory.
