I would like to say just words of gratitude once again. We were very pleased with everything. Jáchymov is a beautiful town with a lovely landscape. I simply fell in love with Jáchymov and silently called it ,,Geisterstadt;;The food is very varied with different herbs for every taste. We didn’t expect what During the 2 weeks of our stay in the sanatorium we will gain 1.5 kg. If possible, we will try to visit Jáchymov every winter. In the evenings we attended concerts and dance evenings right in Guria. We never got bored. It was very tempting to visit the Jáchymov Museum, which amazed us with its abundance exhibits and the history of Jáchymov. We advise everyone to visit it! It was possible to climb the mountains, admire the beauty of the mountains and forests. The weather was (5.02 to 18.02 ( just a miracle! The sun was shining and it was dry. Thank you very much. The sanatorium accepts payment for accommodation and services before check-in and in full. Payment in installments or during the stay is not provided. This is a rule of the sanatorium and is not discussed. Sanatoriums.com did not inform us about this, which resulted in problems during check-in.

There are no cons, but I have a wish - install 2 small coffee machines in the restaurant hall so that there is always HOT water for brewing tea and hot coffee, otherwise 30 minutes after the hall opens, the water in the containers (kettles) cools down, and the tea and coffee are barely warm, and often they are empty, and the waiters have to carry these heavy vessels in their hands to the kitchen and mug!!! pour boiling water into them! And the baking leaves much to be desired, the cream on the cakes (on buns) is synthetic, unnatural foam, make a real delicious cream from butter with milk and sugar! Or bake simple yeast or puff pastries.

Treatment at Curie gave a very good boost to the whole body. After a week of procedures, we felt a general improvement in our condition and vigor. We hope that the entire treatment package will continue to work after the end of the system of procedures. Very good condition after taking radon baths, as it turned out this is one of the best in Europe, we highly recommend it. The level of organization of procedures is very high. Attentive, responsive, tactful and competent staff. Many thanks to Dr. Alexander Kachinsky - a professional in his field! Accommodation and food: clean and comfortable rooms, delicious and varied breakfasts/lunches/dinners, for every taste, you won’t go hungry! Location of the sanatorium: mountains, forest (dress warmly). We hope to come again!!!, as we understand that the result of one treatment is difficult to understand. We talked with other visitors to the sanatorium who are already coming for the third and fourth time. There is only one answer - if there was no result, they would not come.Negatives

The staff is friendly and the vast majority understand and speak Russian. In my opinion, the catering is excellent. Buffet and variety of dishes: for lunch and dinner each time there are dishes from several types of meat and an obligatory fish dish, a lot of vegetables are prepared with imagination, desserts are tasty and varied. The waiters are attentive, kind and prompt. There are many opportunities to travel on weekends, since Europe is nearby, as well as to go to concerts. Travel organization at a high level. I would especially like to mention doctor Alexander Kaczynski: attentive, competent, responsive, easy to communicate!Negatives
I didn’t have to experience any negative emotions, but I had only one wish: to increase the duration of physical therapy sessions. 15 minutes is not enough for this procedure to be effective.

The weather here is colder than in other parts of the Czech Republic... Dress warmly. Distance from big cities with shops, but transport runs regularly, schedule at reception...

I booked a stay at your hotel in the fall of 2015 for 10 days for myself, my husband and two other relatives from March 21 to March 31, 2016. On your website it was indicated that the price includes accommodation, meals, doctor’s examination and 29 medical (!!!) procedures. We were specifically going to come to you because of the radon baths, but upon arrival to you, having paid for the vouchers (1116 euros for two), at the initial appointment with the nurse it turns out that we had (allegedly) signed up for some kind of relaxation program, which includes herbal bathrooms, not radon ones. I said that we were traveling halfway around the world not to soak in the grass, but to get full treatment, and I was sent to the first floor to see the manager. I told the manager all of the above; as a result of our negotiations, the manager said that we would have to pay an additional 80 euros for two people for radon (why??? after all, they paid for treatment!!!). As a result, this money was paid upon departure (I believe illegal). As for treatment. Dr. Kaczynski is a wonderful and very attentive doctor, but through no fault of his, the boxes he prescribed for me had to be received only on March 31, and not on the 30th as planned (it was the Easter holidays) and I had to pay for them in the amount of 5,000 crowns.Answer from Spa Hotel Complex Curie

Procedures are carried out clearly, without violating the schedule. Computerization is well organized, including when scheduling procedures. Thanks to this, when going on an excursion, if you apply in advance, you will not be denied the movement of procedures in order to free up the time necessary for the excursion. And in general, there are a lot of offers on how to have fun: concerts, paid and free, walks, for a reasonable fee and free, dance evenings, excursion trips: in the Czech Republic, to Germany, to Austria, to Switzerland. The kitchen is beyond praise! The food is varied, for every taste. Be careful: buffet)))! When traveling somewhere, they give you packed rations and leave you a cold dinner. A swimming pool is available for a reasonable fee in Agricola. Curie also has a small swimming pool for physical therapy. There is also exercise therapy in the hall.
