Уборка номеров указана в правилах внутреннего рапорядка, который пациент подписывает в первый день заезда и который остается у него на руках: полотенца меняются практически каждый день, если их оставить на полу, санитарка обязательно их поменяет, уборка происходит каждый день. Too many doctor visits are a waste of time. The doctors are tired and irritated. The woman doctor (I think her last name is Semenova, but I’m not sure exactly) told me what you want at your age. I did not come to her to clarify my age. That's not what she gets paid for. I would like samples of shampoos and conditioners, like in European hotels *** and a hairdryer! Here the hairdryer was only in the changing rooms of the pool! No more comments! We visited the sanatorium "Jaunkemeri" for the third time and will come again and again. Beautiful nature: pine forest, sea, endless white sandy beaches, air that you want to drink (my husband’s cough, which he had been trying in vain for 2 months, went away on the second day). Unique treatment: after visiting the sanatorium, I, who have had rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years, can give up painkillers for 2 years. And just nice people who work there. Thanks to them all!

I rested in the Jaunkemeri sanatorium from August 22 to September 6 in a single room on the 5th floor. The room is modest, but everything that was needed was present. The food was a little monotonous, but I wasn’t hungry. I really enjoyed the treatments and sports activities. And what especially fascinated me was nature! The sanatorium is located in a pine forest, not far from the Gulf of Riga, extraordinary beauty! How breathable it is here! Nature heals itself!Negatives

Dishes made from ground meat or fish are generously sprinkled with caraway seeds, which not everyone likes; for example, it happened to me that there was nothing to choose from. The timing of the procedures is not always convenient and it was not possible or they did not want to change. For example, I had time in the pool at 14.40, at 14.00 for lunch, and of course, immediately after lunch there was no point in going to the pool and doing gymnastics. I had to miss it 4 times out of 6.

Registration work! Especially on the third floor. Constant queue or having to wait or arrive later. This does not correspond to the level of the establishment. A program for distributing procedures is needed, especially if you need to conveniently distribute procedures for a family of several people. It's not much better on the second floor of the clinic. Several times there were cases of cancellation of a visit to the doctor for various reasons. In addition, we lost our medical history, the recovery of which is quite problematic.

The economy class room is clean, comfortable, the furniture is good, there are hangers in the closet, the refrigerator is small, but odorless and freezes well. The bed linen is clean, changed every 5 days, we came for a week and, at our request, they changed it after 4 days. The shower is on the floor, the water flows well, the toilet does not flood, there is a mat for non-slippery, the toilet and sink are clean. They put 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 small pieces of soap. The staff is polite. The food is dietary, but very tasty. I especially liked the cold soup (beetroot soup), beef stew and fresh berry compote. The treatment was intensive, they only paid extra for classic and underwater massages. We tried sling therapy for the first time, although it’s more expensive than a massage, it’s worth it! I highly recommend it to those who have problems with the cervical-collar area of the spine and headaches. One session was enough for the pain to go away and the neck to rotate as if the vertebrae had been lubricated with oil. We only managed to get to the sea in the evening; we were on vacation at the end of July, so we were able to swim and sunbathe.Negatives
The size of the duvet cover did not match the size of the blanket for me, my husband, and my parents; after changing the linen, everything remained the same! The sheets are 20-30 centimeters shorter than the mattresses. We ask the owner of the sanatorium to purchase normal sets of underwear so that the girls-maids do not blush and apologize for you!!!!!!!!!!! The shower head is leaking, there is no use in repairing it, it’s time to replace the old water heads with new ones. Otherwise, one old watering can spoils the whole impression of the shower room. Aw!!! Owner of the sanatorium, hear us! Inspect the showers. And if you also replace the old carpets in the corridors, which smell terribly, with new ones, then the overall impression of everyday life would be ideal!

We stayed in an economy class room: clean, comfortable, new furniture, refrigerator, TV, good lighting. Comfortable mattresses and two pillows for each person. The shower is on the floor, but the water flows well and there is a mat. The plumbing is clean. They provided 4 towels for each person. 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 small pieces of soap. The balconies are not cleaned, they are dirty with birds. Or ban feeding birds on balconies or clean up!!!!!! The sheets are short, the duvet covers do not match the size of the blankets, and the maids then apologize for the substandard condition and stinginess of the owner of the sanatorium. The shower head is leaking, it's useless to fix, it's time to replace it! On the 6th floor, the old carpeting in the hallway stinks terribly! on some floors it was replaced and there is no stink there, but some floors continue to choke.

I would like to note the excellent medical facilities, professionalism and attentive attitude towards patients. The somewhat remote location of the sanatorium has the advantage that it is quiet and calm, you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The food, although not fancy, is sufficient, there is even some choice. Reminds me of food in a Soviet-era kindergarten. There was a refrigerator in the room, a supermarket a few bus stops away, i.e. opportunity to diversify your diet. I do not rule out the possibility of a repeat visit.Negatives
The downside to nutrition is that the breaks between meals, for me, are long with a shift towards late evening. Because of this, eat a lot at each meal, i.e. everything they give is difficult later during the procedures. Another problem for me personally was the hard mattress; by the morning my back and neck hurt. My husband had no pain on the same mattress. There were no other problems.
