Service, treatment and food are at a decent level. Just enough. The food is varied and of high quality. Honey. highly qualified personnel. The rooms are cleaned well. Living up to its name, the hotel fully corresponds to its class. Appropriate interior, helpful and attentive staff, impeccable medical service, attentive doctor Alexey, very thoroughly examined and prescribed effective procedures. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail in order to make your stay at the hotel pleasant and useful. Diverse menu for any preferences and tastes, greens, fruits, vegetables, salads in abundance. During my stay (10 days) I did not notice a single dish that was repeated twice. Respect to the chefs for their ingenuity and imagination! The efficient work of the guys at the reception left a pleasant impression.Negatives
I can definitely say that there are no downsides, but if it were possible to organize an evening activity (the casino does not count), it would be great.

Nice rooms, interior and decor are impressive. The staff naturally corresponds to the status of this institution. It’s hard to even say about food – the choice is huge. You can sit at breakfasts for at least an hour while you try everything. Of course, coming to Carlsbad Plaza to treat your stomach is very difficult in the sense that you can’t follow a diet here, where else can you eat like that?

A hotel for the wealthy. It was recommended to us by friends from Moscow, they only stay there. We went to the Plaza more out of interest, to get a feel for the situation, so to speak. We were not disappointed. Everything is at a very high level. The treatment is good, the food too. It’s definitely worth experiencing the real level of European service once.
