1. The quality of WiFi Carlsbad Plaza, in my opinion, is not satisfactory! Wi-fi only works when you directly use the Internet, then when you stop using it and put your smartphone or tablet away, Wi-fi turns off and the connection to the Internet stops; reconnecting is also difficult: for example, devices (2 phones and a tablet computer) see the network, but they can’t connect to it right away, having connected to the network, you need to click the “connect to the Internet” button on the automatically opening window of the Carlsbad Plaza website; it’s also not possible to connect to the Internet the first time and sometimes it took several minutes. As a result, you have to go through the procedure of connecting to Wifi several dozen times a day, which causes significant inconvenience and takes a lot of time. Having contacted the reception by phone, they received an answer that everything was fine with them, just in case, they would report it to the IT service and recommended restarting the device, however, it is unlikely that the information from the receptionist can be considered satisfactory, since the problem is clearly of a permanent and recurring nature, on throughout my entire stay with my 3 devices, everything happened exactly as I describe, in addition, the specified information is confirmed in individual comments of hotel guests on the websites of booking systems. I demonstrated the connection problems to the employees at the counter and at checkout. I believe that this kind of quality of provision of services for using the Internet during a stay at a hotel is not acceptable, since currently, in the age of digitalization, a large amount of work, communications and many other important activities are carried out using the Internet. The described mechanism of Wifi operation did not allow me to uninterruptedly stay in touch and promptly respond to both business and personal issues. 2. Uncomfortable furniture in the rooms for the procedure - “oxygen therapy”! In most hotels or sanatoriums (based on our own experience and public information), the patient, upon receiving the specified procedure, usually lasts 45-55 minutes. has the opportunity to sit in a comfortable folding chair and relax, while the chairs in the Carlsbad Plaza oxygen therapy room have an almost vertical backrest and do not recline, which does not allow you to fully relax during this procedure. The furniture in the inhalation room also seemed uncomfortable to me (ordinary wooden chairs without armrests). 3. During the “oxygen therapy” and “inhalation” procedures, the staff suggests taking nozzles for inhalation and oxygen therapy with you for further use, which is not very convenient and may not be hygienic. 4. The variety and quality of food in the restaurant, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served, in my opinion, do not significantly correspond to the level of a 5-star hotel. After visiting the specified restaurant, a strong smell of the kitchen remains on the clothes, which requires further transfer of the clothes to the laundry. 5. During the holiday period, most people, as a rule, expect, among other things, to use the services of massage specialists. When I chose Carlsbad Plaza for a recreational stay, I took into account the stated and advertised information about the availability of Thai massage services. Having contacted the SPA reception with this question, I was informed that at present it is not possible to make an appointment for Thai massage sessions due to the lack of specialists, they also informed me that information about the start date of their work will appear no earlier than in 3-4 days, and most likely they will begin their work no earlier than in 7 days. At the same time, registration for classical massage sessions was also possible only after a few days, which meant waiting more than 2 days. 6. The bedspread on the bed was very dirty on the inside (many stains and traces of liquids), it was very unpleasant that it was used to cover the bed with clean linen. Considering the above circumstances, I decided to shorten the period of stay at Carlsbad Plaza and move to another hotel.

I like the amazing evening Spa saunas for all temperatures and tastes, ice, jacuzzi, foot pool, fish for feet, herbal sauna with herbs, relaxation room, swimming pool. There's not even enough time to go through everything. And a swimming pool with thermal water! And after the procedures you drink tea or water with minerals. The evening passes unnoticed, after pleasant procedures you relax and sleep in a clean, comfortable room with chocolate from the hotel and thank everyone who gave you this pleasure. You can also write romantically about the treatment, that gas injections are like nettles, but you know that this is very necessary. The rest of the procedures are all pleasant and useful. Twice they tried to include drinks from the minibar in the bill, which I did not take. A couple of times they simply forgot about me during procedures (I had to call my sister). The doctor doesn’t see people on weekends - we arrived on Sunday at noon, we didn’t see the doctor until lunchtime on Monday, and the procedures actually started only on Tuesday. At least a day was lost. In all hotels in K-Vary (I was in seven hotels), the first doctor’s appointment was always on the day of check-in, even on weekends. Monotonous food in a restaurant with a claim to 5 stars. In reality, a maximum of 3. They don’t even know how to cook porridge. The same products are processed and served again. Very obvious and embarrassing. As for treatment, it is simply NOT here. There are relaxation programs and that’s all. The main thing in everything is healing water.
