A beautiful, quiet hotel where I enjoyed every minute. The breakfast is plentiful, the dinner is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The treatments are well planned into the daily schedule and personal wishes are taken into account. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay.

My husband and I vacationed at the lauretta hotel in March. Upon arrival, we were checked in ahead of schedule and given tea, which was very nice, since our journey lasted more than a day and a half. The location of the hotel is excellent, on our favorite street - Sadovaya. All the hotel staff are friendly and try very hard to make the guests feel good. I would especially like to note the attentiveness of doctor Natalya Lapina and thank her with all my heart. My husband is a diabetic, he came with a sugar test of 16. He was prescribed a different treatment than we have in Belarus, and his sugar levels went down on the third day. The procedures at the hotel are carried out with high quality and take longer than in other hotels we visited in Karlovy Vary. Our booking included use of the swimming pool at a nearby hotel, which provided us with enjoyable hours of relaxation. The food at the hotel is good: standard breakfasts, dinners according to a custom menu, there are a lot of vegetables. WITH We will be happy to return to this hotel again.

The chef's "cooking coast" escapes our idea of cooking!!! In short, the dinner was TERRIBLE😱🤐🤬The same thing for breakfast ALL WEEK...spare rolls..to run away from it😲🤯🥵to say the least..as was the dinner😡YOUR RATING 10 OUT OF 10 IS A BLANK LIE PS. .it was expensive🤭🤔🤫

The receptionists and the owner of the hotel were extremely helpful, they speak English, German and Russian. The other members of the staff speak only Czech and Russian but we managed to understand each other. The roume was very clean, warm and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. The procedures were good. We were amazed that the doctor made the observation and prescription were done at the day of our arrival. Cleaners come to tidy and clean the room upon request. The location is good, close to everything. Very pleased overall. Highly recommend. Hope we will come back.Negatives
The pillows were too thin and soft. Maybe it will be good extra pillows to be provided in every room. Food was very tasty but the dinner portions were pretty small. For us they were absolutely fine, but some people may remain hungry. Breakfast was ok, just the kitchen staff could check more often the buffet and fulfil the pots and croissant basket regularly. Dinner starts at 6pm which is a bit early. But all these are very small issues. Overal we had a very pleasant stay.

Amazing staff, service is designed so that the client feels at home. We especially thank you for the almost individual approach to nutrition. My husband and I follow different diets and this was taken into account when preparing the food. Huge thanks to everyone!
