After a great two weeks at Villa Ritter, I want to express my deep gratitude to everyone who provided accommodation, food, treatment and recreation at the highest level. Many thanks to the director Olga Stavraty for solving all organizational issues, to the cook Marina for the delicious and varied home-cooked food, as well as to all the hotel staff who created a pleasant and friendly atmosphere every day. I stayed at the Villa Ritter hotel 10/15/2021-10/24/2021. The goal of my treatment was to reduce my existing weight. The hotel is located directly opposite the famous Karlovy Vary landmark, the Church of Peter and Paul. My windows overlooked the church - the views were simply extraordinary. The room I stayed in was very spacious with a set of spa accessories, towels, bathrobe, kettle, hairdryer, in general, all the amenities. Everything is very clean and tidy. The hotels also provide Nordic walking poles and umbrellas. The hotel staff paid great attention to me and the purpose of my visit, for which I thank them very much! Olga Viktorovna is a professional of the highest category, who supported me in every possible way in the process of losing weight, helped me adjust my diet and form healthy habits. Also Marina, the hotel's cook, the food was beyond praise. There were few guests at the hotel, but I was served smoothies almost every day. The diet was adjusted taking into account the doctor's recommendations. Every day there was a huge selection: cottage cheese, cheeses, yoghurts, eggs, fruits. All products are of very good quality and environmentally friendly. As a result, I significantly changed my lifestyle and started doing Nordic walking. As for the treatment at the sanatorium, I really liked everything. The equipment is new, everything is clean. Igor is simply a golden man - an excellent massage therapist, and it is clear that he takes his work very seriously. The gas injection procedure simply brought me back to life - all the swelling began to go away! As a result, in the morning I went for procedures, and in the evening I did Nordic walking with Arthur for 2 hours. After physical activity, I was able to relieve muscle pain and swelling during the procedures. I highly recommend your Nordic walking trainer, Pole Arthur. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the group, but the workload, of course, was serious. At the end of my vacation, I felt like just a happy person, without exaggeration. I had energy, brain clarity, and muscle pain went away. I lost 2 kg and upon arrival I lost another 2 kg. I consider this weight loss to be optimally comfortable and safe for me. Now I continue to do Nordic walking and go to the gym. Also, I adhere to the nutrition plan prescribed to me by the doctor in Vary. I highly recommend Hotel Villa Ritter to everyone. This is an excellent option for those who want to improve their health, relax, lose weight and become more energetic. I dream of returning here again. Chiropractor Leon, a high-class specialist. From us we bow to him , it was worth coming even for his magical hands! The director of the sanatorium, the magnificent Mrs. Olga, managed to organize the staff entrusted to her in such a way that, apart from pleasure and comfort, no problems arose! We are excited! A great hotel with few rooms, therefore a very warm and familiar atmosphere, absolutely all employees - without exception - do an excellent job! Everyone is super welcoming and very helpful! We felt welcome there. And a very special compliment to the kitchen - we had never tried such excellent cuisine anywhere in our 20 years of vacation in Karlovy Vary. Dear Marina and Tanja - that was unbeatable! Excellent hotel management - many thanks to Paata and Olga for the great individual guest care! A really great new spa area with a pool and 2 saunas. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Thanks to everyone who made our vacation unforgettable. The hotel also has a great, quiet location in the middle of a park and away from the spa promenade, which is ideal for walks and easy mountain hikes. We'll definitely be back!

I had an exceptional holiday at the hotel! I chose and looked for it for a long time and did not regret it at all, but on the contrary, every day I rejoiced at such a successful choice. Absolutely everything is at the highest level - from the meeting at the reception to the cleaning of the room! Especially, I would like to express my complete satisfaction (to my surprise) with the food - I’m not a vegan, but I really liked all the dishes offered! I will recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is located a 10-minute walk to the center with the springs. The windows overlook a park/forest or a quiet road. The rooms are spacious and in excellent condition. The proposed detox program (the only one in Karlovy Vary) works - the general condition has improved significantly. Weight loss by 7 kg within 2 weeks with a daily intake of about 2500 calories does not require comment. The quality of the 5 course meals and presentation of the dishes is amazing thanks to Chef Marek and his team, including their willingness to adapt the menu to diners with different types of disabilities. The service in the restaurant is very friendly, special thanks to Maria. The procedures are carried out inside the building in the new balneological center and thanks to the new medical team in a fairly relaxed atmosphere. Free swimming pool, jacuzzi and Kneipp therapy are a big plus to the main programs. The main advantage of this place is its homely atmosphere, which is an important component for relaxation and stress relief. I would also like to thank Sanatoruims.com for the services provided - hassle-free booking with payment on departure, airport transfer and free excursion to Prague of excellent quality.

The hotel's management organization suffers greatly. The sockets in the room did not work, the problem was not fixed within 9 days, and we repeatedly reported the problem. The rooms are cleaned extremely poorly, slowly and irregularly. I was not ready for the RAW food concept of the hotel; the Sanatorium information indicates a buffet, but without information about a raw food diet. Given my problems, such food is unacceptable; I had to eat at another sanatorium for some time, which was extremely inconvenient. Irregular cleaning of the room and replenishment of toiletries. Old towels with an unpleasant smell; mattresses and blankets need updating. This is the second time at this hotel, the previous visit was different, which is why I chose Villa Ritter, but this time I made a mistake in my choice. .

Company SANATORIUMS. COM provided the most detailed and realistic information about each hotel. I chose Willa Riter. I wanted the treatment to be combined with nutrition and movement. I received everything in full. I was a little worried about the food. This is the only detox hotel in Karlovy Vary. The food is entirely made from plant products: vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, seeds. I couldn’t even imagine how many varied and delicious dishes can be prepared from these products! And the desserts are to die for! And all this is prepared in compliance with the temperature regime - no higher than 42 degrees. Respect to the cooks and Maria, the restaurant waitress, who greets everyone with a charming smile, the service and food are at the highest level! The restaurant has a summer terrace overlooking a beautiful park and the Orthodox Cathedral. The doctor Olesya, very sweet, friendly and attentive, conducts the first examination and prescribes procedures, explains everything in great detail. Massage therapist Monica is a professional and simply charming woman, girls for physical therapy. treatment - Larisa and Lucia are very friendly and know their job very well, they work efficiently and with a smile. Andrea at the reception is very nice, always ready to help. Helped me out in difficult issues. From meeting you at the airport to leaving the hotel, everything is at the highest level. When booking several months in advance and repeatedly mentioning that I would be with two children, my 1-year-old daughter greeted me disgustingly, offering me another room for two nights, because... The suite I booked for two days was occupied))) there were no alternative options at the hotel. It was necessary to understand that with a one-year-old child, it is very difficult to carry a stroller up another flight of stairs after the elevator and to accommodate children for two days, then move to another room is terrible. Food is contraindicated for children in general, even for a 13-year-old teenager, the doctor immediately said that this food is not suitable for children, and therefore I had to run around thinking where and how to feed an adult child. On the site, children are sold 3 meals a day (which is contraindicated) and the number of procedures as for an adult, during treatment it turned out that children cannot have this number of procedures, the doctor did not allow it, but payment was taken as for a full treatment of 42 procedures for an adult, and a child can only be 30!!! The solution to these issues, of course, did not add anything positive. NO WITH CHILDREN!!! The hotel is ideal for women (vacation without men) who are determined to undergo a detox cleansing program, during which they will gain 1-2 kg due to high-calorie foods. But according to the doctor, this is temporary, the organs will be cleansed and then the weight will begin to decrease. But this is despite the fact that special meals will be continued after your stay at the sanatorium
