One of the most luxurious hotels in Vary. I would say that I am confidently in third place after Carlsbad Plaza and Savoy Westend. The highlight of the hotel is the long list of famous people who lived there at different times. Apart from the service, of course, there is nothing particularly special; the food is served with varying degrees of success - the choice is small. The balneo center is large, there are wellness procedures.

It is better to ask for a room on the upper floors, there is less noise from the street and a beautiful view of the city center. If you take half board, it is better to have breakfast and lunch. Nice environment. European bohemians stay at the hotel all the time - actors, politicians. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings of more than 3 meters. The room facing the main entrance is very noisy due to heavy traffic, it’s better not to open the window in the evening, you won’t fall asleep. Treatment takes place in a new treatment center, with new medical equipment installed everywhere. The medical staff is tactful, but lacks some kind of sincerity, because probably due to the large flow of people, there is simply no time for an individual approach.

A good hotel with a very high level of service. We lived in a single room. The room has everything you need - bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, floor scales, safe and a lot of everyday little things. The room is warm, we even opened the window a little at night. The hotel has a new spa center with a large swimming pool. Saunas, fitness room. The treatment offered is good, there are many different procedures. I consider the cool corridors in the balneocenter to be a small drawback; we waited several times for the procedure to begin and froze. The food is varied, a lot of vegetables, fruits, dried fruits, and baked goods are well done. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, it is simply pleasant and comfortable to be there. We had a very good rest, we recommend the hotel.

It was interesting to stay in a hotel where so many celebrities stayed, Depardieu, Travolta, even Mikhail Gorbachev. Everywhere you can see photographs of famous people who lived in Pupp. I really liked the procedures. The food is also good, but it would be nice to have a little more variety.
