Small hotel, very clean, spacious room, new furniture. The location is great, close to the springs. Friendly staff, no queues, everything is perfectly organized. The food is good, there is a choice. This is not Turkey, I don’t know who writes that it’s not enough, but you definitely won’t leave hungry. Santorums work is excellent. To be honest, I was worried, we ordered for the first time, I was impressed that the payment was on the spot, we didn’t risk anything. Thank you.

The nurse sitting in the doctor's office brought me to tears trying to kick me out of the office when I came in line and according to the time written on my sanatorium book, when I refused to do this, she called me disgusting and poured so much aggression on me that I could not stand it and burst into tears. A woman came for an injection and she wanted to take it ahead, but I sat in line for a long time. There was no doctor at the appointment and she very angrily asked me what procedures I would like and this is all done without a doctor’s prescription, well, it’s complete anarchy and it shouldn’t be like that. Dry baths are carried out in a room where the ventilation is not turned on or does not work and all the gas comes out into the place where people are, well, there is simply a gas chamber there and this is very dangerous and unhealthy. The nurse makes gas injections very painful. The transfer was 15 minutes late to meet me at the airport and the driver smelled like a homeless person and for the entire hour and a half before the sanatorium I sat in this stench in the car. The transfer from the sanatorium to the airport dropped me off very far from the terminal and I had to walk a whole kilometer with my suitcase to my terminal, which was difficult for a woman of my age, and moreover, it started to rain very heavily and I immediately got wet. The lymphatic drainage device does not provide the necessary massage to the legs, there is not enough pressure, and my sister refused to adjust the device for me. There is no kettle in the room. There are few basic medical procedures, in 15 nights I received 4 massages, 4 dry baths, 5 gas injections, 5 lymphatic drainage of which the first was none at all because the device was configured for drainage of the abdomen and not the legs, I told my sister about this, but she did not offer to reimburse me. I really regret that I chose this sanatorium, I will never come there again. Your questionnaire was not designed quite correctly, there is no mediocre rating, only good and bad, so it is very difficult to make a choice, and my choice was biased towards bad

Thank you very much for a fabulous vacation!!! Hotel Malta is a second home! Where you are surrounded with care and warmth. The entire team is friendly and responsive to any request. The rooms are large, a lot of light, stylish. The maids are very tactful and professional. Always very, very clean! The food is excellent, lots of salads, vegetables and fruits. Everything is wonderful ! The location of the hotel is excellent, all the springs are nearby, the food is varied, it’s great that there is always porridge for breakfast. Meals are served at the nearby Ruze Hotel, but I don’t feel any inconvenience from this, I drank some water, took a walk and went to eat! The rooms are cleaned daily and very thoroughly, with towels replaced. Bed linen and towels shine white! The hotel staff is very friendly, they will always help in solving any minor problems regarding accommodation, convenience and food. I don’t know if this is a plus or a minus, it’s just that the hotel is located next to a bus stop, and if your windows face the roadway, then you will hear the bus at the stop early in the morning, and another minus is that you need to go for treatment to the neighboring hotel Rouge and there is also a restaurant there. And it happens that there are not enough seats in the Restaurant. But of these non-amenities, hotel accommodation is cheaper.
