We were a family - two adults and two teenage children. We were given a double room and the children were given a double room, which was very convenient. The rooms were very beautiful, bright, cozy, clean. The furniture was in a modern style. The rooms were warm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything in the restaurant was delicious!!!!! and there was a choice - not much, but with taste.. (who doesn’t like meat, eat fish or porridge and salads, there were baked goods for tea or coffee.) The service in the restaurant was wonderful... friendly and smiling staff!!! The Hotel itself is located very close to all the Sources!! and With the Center!! This is the best location of the Hotel - from all the others - where we have been in this City. Everything we needed was nearby. We only had good impressions. Next time, only this Hotel!!! Wir waren eine Familie - zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Wir bekamen ein Doppelzimmer und die Kinder wurden von unserem Zweibettzimmer getrennt - was sehr praktisch ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, hell, gemütlich und sauber. Die Möbel sind modern eingerichtet. Die Zimmer waren warm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker!!!!! und die Auswahl war nicht groß, aber geschmackvoll ... (wer kein Fleisch mag, gibt es Fisch oder Brei und Salate, zum Tee oder zum Kaffee gibt es Gebäck.) Der Service im Restaurant war auffällig ... freundliches und lächelndes Personal ! !! Das Hotel selbst ist sehr nah an allen Quellen!! Und mitten im Zentrum!! Dies ist die beste Lage des Hotels - von allen anderen -, an denen wir in dieser Stadt waren. Alles was wir brauchten, war in der Nähe. Wir hatten nur einen guten Eindruck. Nächstes Mal nur dieses Hotel!!!Negatives

Excellent location of the hotel. Sources - just a couple of minutes. Parking is possible in front of the hotel entrance (for an additional fee). The rooms are large, bright with a view of the city. Comfortable furniture. Snow-white bed sheets (changed every 3-4 days) and towels (changed every day). New plumbing. Cleanliness and comfort. The room has a mini refrigerator and air conditioning. There are no cons. I have a wish: 1. There should be a person on duty at the reception. 2. Bus #1 didn’t allow me to sleep early in the morning; it didn’t turn off the engine while it was waiting at the final stop. Somehow we need to inform the bus company, it’s spoiling the air at the resort. I would generally move the stop further away; there is a place 50 meters across from the former police station.

You need to go for treatment for at least 2 weeks, then you will receive more or less the number of procedures that are necessary for recovery, and in 7-8 days you will be prescribed 2-3 procedures, that is, only 2 massages, 2 baths, etc. . This was our first time staying at this resort. We stayed in a double room with a view of Tepla. Very bright, with high ceilings, large windows, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cleaning was done thoroughly, snow-white linen was changed every five days. The maids are friendly and welcoming. And all the staff left the most pleasant memories. I would especially like to mention the massage therapist Miroslav. I have never met a better specialist in his field. The restaurant premises are very modest in design, but the food was very tasty, the soups were even sometimes delicious. Treatment (some procedures) took place at the Rouge Hotel. This was not a problem for us, but it may not be suitable for others. In "Malta": Charcot shower, carbon dioxide baths, magnetic therapy, procedures for the bronchi, Kneipp path. In "Rouge" - everyone else.
