We booked long before arrival. Confirmation has been received. Upon arrival at check-in, we were informed that we were not on the list of those who had booked. We were shocked. We traveled 700 km by car. It took the receptionist about ten minutes to solve the problem. the room was good, but the feeling that it did not correspond to the reservation remained. The breakfasts are beyond words. Every day fried eggs, canned fish, baked goods from the store. Cheap juice of one type for breakfast from a tetra pack. Compotes from canned cherries, pineapple, mandarin oranges. Beetroot too. Lunch and dinner made to order is excellent.

Nice quiet corner. The food is excellent, my husband and I have allergies and need a strict diet. There is a nurse in the food hall who can discuss the entire menu. We could eat without worrying whether there were allergens in some dish 👍 The staff is very polite. The sanatorium is located 1 kilometer from the springs, half the way can be walked through the forest👍, good walks 3 times a day, they won’t hurt anyone!

We rested in the sanatorium at the end of July, the weather was very good. The light rain passes quickly and the sun comes out. no mosquitoes. The air is fresh and pine, since the sanatorium is located away from the center. The room for a family of 3 is quite large and clean. linen was changed after 5 days, towels upon request. I liked that they brought water from the springs in the morning and you could drink it before breakfast. A big plus is that there is a bus every hour that takes you to the center and to the pool in 10 minutes. The staff is very polite. The food is good and plentiful. Not all hotel workers are good at doing underwater massage. The food in the canteen in 2015 was somewhat tastier and more varied than this year. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room.

The negative attitude of the medical staff, as if they were doing us a favor... - no positivity. Even an attempt to purchase procedures for money was refused!... - like: “Everything is crowded!” There was no cleaning of the room at all for 15 days!, except for taking out the garbage and wet cleaning in the bathroom.

Hello! We stayed at the sanatorium with my husband since April 10, 2017. We really liked it. We were greeted in a friendly manner. A doctor's appointment was made. Here we need to describe separately, doctor Evgenia Agartanova, if I spelled her last name correctly, looked at our sanatorium cards, which we issued in Russia, asked about everything that worried us, what our parents were sick with and prescribed a course of treatment. All procedures took place until 12 o'clock, then free time. Once we were late for dinner because we didn’t pay attention to the announcement where it was reduced by 30 minutes, but they didn’t leave us hungry and fed us. The medical staff was very friendly, there were no queues for procedures, they saw us on time. We bought bus tickets at the reception and they gave us a bus schedule, but mostly we walked, then we got so involved that it seemed to us that everything was nearby. A beautiful unique city. I would like to come back again, because I didn’t have time to see everything.Negatives
There are almost no cons. I wrote above that they changed the dinner schedule from 17-30 to 18-30, so there is no need to gorge yourself at night. The portions were very large and sometimes we didn’t eat everything. We tried to diversify the menu, many thanks to the staff. When we went on an excursion, we missed lunch and dinner, we were given packed lunches.

First of all, thank you for the excellent transfer service: Prague - Karlovy Vary and back. Everything is clearly organized and without delays. The drivers are polite and friendly. Hotel Manes is located in a forest area, close (5 min walk) to the beautiful Church of St. Peter and Paul. I received treatment during Easter Week. 15 minutes to the center. on foot. The service staff works well, all procedures are clearly written, there are no queues. After 12 o'clock I had free time. The room is cozy and meets the requirements of 3 stars (new furniture and a bed with a good mattress, a hair dryer, a good bathrobe and very clean white towels.) We are all very different and each of us has our own wallet. This hotel is worth its price, next time I will also book ManesNegatives
I really wish there was an electric kettle in the room. Yes, in the evening I could go to a cafe in the hotel and drink tea or coffee. but early in the morning I also want to have a cup of coffee or tea with lemon in my room, and then go to the procedures and to the dining room for breakfast.

Walking along the forest paths there is no worse than walking along the promenade in the center of KV. Don’t neglect this opportunity to take a walk in the forest, breathe in the cleanest air and take cool photos of animals up close. 2) I was amazed by the doctor’s appointment: he listened carefully, examined, palpated, measured my blood pressure, prescribed almost everything I asked for. 3) The procedures prescribed for me relaxed me very much, it was a wonderful relaxation. 4) Cleaning of the room occurs quickly, clearly, unnoticed, while you are having breakfast or procedures. 5) The sanatorium staff is welcoming, friendly, smiling. 6) Don’t refuse to go to the pool with the vouchers provided: if you don’t like to swim, then keep in mind that there is an excellent hydromassage area and 2 saunas. Please note that it takes half an hour to get there. I had the best impressions of staying in KV in this sanatorium, excellent price-quality ratio, I would like to return.Negatives
This is not a negative, but rather a warning: 1) be more attentive to the choice of room category, since several people during my stay at the sanatorium were dissatisfied with the rooms of the "standard" category in the Manes-II building, because These are rather modest rooms with scoop style furniture. But they did not book their vacation through sanatoriums. 2) I don’t recommend taking 3 meals a day if you want to lose weight, because... The portions are large, enough for breakfast and dinner. 3) dinner ended at 18-30, this is very early and very inconvenient.. If I arrived late, then the dish I ordered might no longer be available((((...in some other KV sanatoriums, dinner lasts until 21-00.. .I would recommend that Manes extend the dinner time to at least 20-00. 4) keep in mind that the sanatorium is somewhat remote from the springs, the nearest one (No. 15, snake) is about 15 minutes on foot, and back about 20 minutes, since it’s uphill. Accordingly, If you are prescribed to drink water from No. 1, you will spend about an hour going there and back to drink on the spot, and this is three times a day. Don’t forget that you still need to be on time for procedures that are scheduled on time.

The only thing that bothered me was the distance from the center. There was not enough information, for example, about the existence of a regular bus, which you could use if you were in a hurry to the center or it was difficult to walk. Moreover, bus tickets are sold at the hotel reception. We found out about this closer to departure. We also found out that there is an elevator in the center, which helps save time and makes it easier to climb up the mountain to the hotel. I wish there was such information at the reception.
