Clean, comfortable room, quite spacious, easily accommodated two children - 1 year and 7 years old. There was a constant presence of a doctor in the sanatorium; if you had any questions, you could contact and get specialist advice. Friendly staff, always with a smile. The location is far from the sources, but a 15-minute walk is very useful. The food is very varied, we were surprised by the presence of different types of fish, the salmon was delicious. The portions are huge, the child could not finish the whole thing. There is a large selection of different procedures for treatment, within 10 days of stay the effect was already noticeable, the lower back pain went away. Gas injections and warming up did their job, and of course fresh air, rest and a lot of walking. The air is wonderful.Negatives
Arriving at 9 pm, a lot of time was spent looking for a taxi to get to the hotel. Luckily, a kind local resident offered to help and give us a ride, absolutely free of charge. It’s a pity that there is no included transfer service, especially since small children come to the sanatorium. No repairs have been carried out for a long time. One nurse in the electrotherapy department was constantly unhappy with everyone. And also one of the bar workers constantly said that the children were making noise, could they be quieter? However, there were no comments for Czech children. It seems that these two people don’t really like Russian-speaking people... it’s a shame...

It is very convenient that the hotel has its own medical center, canteen, and restaurant. Elderly people with musculoskeletal problems did not even leave the hotel. The 15-minute leisurely walk to the colonnade (drinking springs) was not a burden. The hotel's somewhat remote location from the city center was even pleasing and gave us the opportunity to walk more. If you want silence, clean air, helpful staff and good cuisine, this hotel is for you.

The sanatorium is located right next to the forest, about a 20-minute walk at a brisk pace from the springs. For those who have problems with their feet, this is not very acceptable. For the rest, this is what you need, since walking in the fresh air is an integral part of the healing process. The room I stayed in was in the Chapek building. The room is spacious, nice, clean. The only negative is that the windows overlooked the roof of the passage and the boiler room, so the view was not very mesmerizing. One unusual thing about the room is that the door to the balcony is made from the bathroom. Regarding treatment, it should be said that its effectiveness will be higher if the vacationer himself imagines which procedures he would like to receive and which ones will not have the desired effect on him. If a person has such an idea, then the time in the sanatorium will be spent with greater benefit. The food at the sanatorium is good. The only negative is the very early dinner (from 17.30 to 18.30). Unusual.

Dinner time is too early by Russian standards (17.30 - 18.30). The furniture in the room is not very comfortable (chairs with low seats, low tables - unusual for tall people). There is no overhead lighting in the room (there is a floor lamp, sconces by the beds and a table lamp). There is clearly not enough light to read something in the evening.

The location of the hotel in a quiet park calms the nervous system. Very polite, attentive service staff. Everything is clear and professional and always meets vacationers halfway (in particular to us). The food is varied and very large portions. There are no complaints about the accommodation: price-quality of the room. We especially wanted to thank the accommodation manager at the Manes Hotel, Renata, for her sensitive attitude towards clients and her desire for greater attendance at the hotel.

Nice comfortable room (cleaning, linen change, bed linen, etc.), I didn’t give the highest score only because of the small TV and the noise of the elevator from 6 am. The food was okay and although the lunch is not a buffet, (the dishes are a la carte), large and tasty (special respect to the cook), I would like the breakfast to be a little more varied, but nothing suits me in the morning. I liked the procedures, the staff was friendly, with the exception of the water procedures, but apparently the high humidity is annoying. Special thanks to the massage therapist Ferdinant! The location is a little far away, but it’s quiet, there’s forest all around, and my wife and I wanted to walk around, so with walks in the mountains and for water, we went on average 10 km a dayNegatives
I was scared by a roe deer, while jogging in the mountains in the morning, we studied each other for a minute at a distance of 10 meters. But seriously, there are no particular drawbacks, everything is at your own expense, so I recommend it if walking doesn’t scare you.

Quite quiet and warm (November), quite far from the springs (through the mountainous area 15 minutes one way at a fast pace), but for the purpose of walking, breathing, exercising, this is a good location for the hotel. We were with a 2.5-year-old child - there is a children's room and a kindergarten (although they said that for this age you can leave it for an hour, but we never took advantage of it). There is a small parking lot, but there were always a couple of spaces - it costs 2 euros per day. The price through sanatoriums is cheaper than indicated in the hotelNegatives
Of course, you need to understand that this is a SPA hotel, not a sanatorium. All procedures are relaxation in nature. Of course, it is far from Mineral Waters in this regard. Upon arrival (at 14-00) we made an appointment with the doctor for 13-00 the next day. In order not to waste time, I had to insist on receiving procedures from a nurse.

The friendly attitude of all the staff, a clean, comfortable room, a variety of high-quality food, a qualified and attentive doctor Evgenia and all the nurses who performed the procedures. Excellent location of the sanatorium buildings: mountains, air, near the Church of Peter and Paul, a pond, near the center where you can drink healing mineral water from different sources. Next to the building there is a stop for bus number 4, which can take you to the center, to the pool, and to the station.

I didn’t like the staff administering the treatment procedures. They are gloomy, unfriendly, and constantly talk loudly during procedures. The soups were always too salty, with leftover sausage from breakfast. At breakfast, no one replenished the finished dish; you always had to go and beg. The fruit ran out very quickly and was not always replenished, citing the fact that other guests took a lot of fruit, so there was not enough for everyone. Maybe you should put fruit directly on the tables, according to the number of people living? Many workers in the canteen and medical department had a cold and sneezed on food and clients, but no one wore protective masks. The service staff and some vacationers were smoking right at the entrance to the hotel, it was very difficult to get through this smoke screen.
