We are very pleased with our stay at the Lauretta Hotel in Karlovy Vary. The cozy hotel is located in a convenient location, close to the springs. The room is comfortable, the view from the window is fabulous. We really like the Czech Republic, which we visited not for the first time, and the Czech people. The hotel staff is hospitable and friendly, the cuisine is at the highest level. There is a sufficient choice of medical procedures.Negatives
We didn’t experience any negative things during our stay at the resort.

You will meet with the doctor only upon arrival. The food is not always tasty. Apparently, it depends on the cook working that day. The word restaurant doesn't fit, it's more like a dining room. There are a lot of people at the table.

Lack of air conditioning in the room. Unsatisfactory heating at night. Insufficient time interval for breakfast (from 8-00 to 9-30) - sometimes there is not enough time due to the busy schedule of procedures and the need to drink water before breakfast. Our stay at the hotel coincided with the vacation of one of the treatment nurses (3 treatment nurses in total). The two remaining nurses, in my opinion, did not always cope with the work, for example, my wife was prescribed an underwater massage, but she was given another water procedure (hydroxer) and went off to work with other patients. No tests are prescribed during the initial examination by a doctor.

The treatment is nothing special, the procedures are not bad, there are gas injections, underwater massage - just a Jacuzzi bath... The food is disgusting, if you don’t come to the opening of the restaurant, there will be little left.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is the rooms, we had a double with a balcony, the room was magnificent. Very stylish and cozy. In it you want to listen to good music, and not watch TV.) . The hotel is simple in furnishings, the room contains only the essentials. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful. We were in a relaxed state. The sanatorium staff understands Russian, if any problems arose, contact the reception, they quickly tried to solve everything.

Not happy. The hotel is of course quiet, family-type, but frankly boring. The procedures are mainly wellness, with a strong emphasis on spa. Quite suitable for a relaxing holiday. If you want serious treatment, this is not Lauretta.
