Very few parking spaces. Underground car park too expensive, around 15 euros per day. During our two-week stay, the room was not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner even once.

The staff is not qualified. Our room was never cleaned in a week. Once the trash was taken out 😕 that’s all the cleaning was done. The lifeguard in the pool shouted at me, I didn’t even understand why. He did not understand either German or Russian. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in the world. I won't go to this hotel again.

We were at the hotel from 25.2 to 9.3.24. great location, quiet place. Construction didn't bother us. I would like to say that the work of the SPA leaves much to be desired. If it weren’t for Irina, who smoothed out all the shortcomings with her smile and humor. Many thanks to her. And also Massage from Tatyana is just a song. Girls, thank you very much. There weren't many people and that's what we wanted. In general, everything is not very bad compared to 2020. The rooms were cleaned every day. Water, detergent, please. Everything is very good. The food could have been more varied. For 2 weeks we have not seen dumplings or cabbage rolls, for Poland this is nonsense. But basically it wasn't bad.Negatives

The room (suite) is in need of renovation. Socket without electricity. Switch not working. Toilet paper holder is missing. Lamps defective. Door is stuck. No proper cleaning. Aerator on the faucet is missing. Food too cold. Frequent repetition of the menus. Constantly waiting for saucers for cups. Waiting for glasses. For us, I think, the last time in this hotel.

Very bad room service. In the first 3 days the room was only cleaned or tidied up after repeated complaints. The safe in the room was not attached and could simply be taken out of the closet. After I threatened to sue, the safe was secured in the closet, but in a very amateurish manner. We were guests at the hotel a year ago and we really liked it. The apartment and the service were fine. This time we had booked a superior apartment again, but it was much smaller and less equipped than on our first visit. In our opinion it was just a deluxe apartment, but this was disputed by the hotel management. Due to the bad experience, we immediately canceled our next planned stay at the turn of the year. Other guests in the hotel also spoke to us and complained about the very poor service. We left one day early. We couldn't recommend the Diva Spa Hotel more.

During the 14 days of our stay we found a very quiet and comfortable hotel in a relatively central location and not far from the Baltic Sea (max. 100 m). All important points in the sanatorium zone are within walking distance. Yes, even routes to the port of Kolberg are possible without any problems and are definitely worth seeing and interesting. If you don't feel like walking, there are many inexpensive small taxis available or you can rent a bike at reception. The lobby is a haven of peace compared to other hotels. The hotel staff are predominantly competent and helpful in all areas. Thanks to an excellent chef (Julia), the food is varied, rich and tasty. Julia also guaranteed our special request for medically necessary gluten- and lactose-free preparation of the dishes to our complete satisfaction. Thank you for that.!!! This meant we were able to enjoy our vacation to the fullest in the Diva Spa, despite this disruption. The spa area of the Hotel Diva also deserves high praise. Everything was handled clearly, calmly and professionally. Overall, big praise to all employees and managers at Hotel Diva Kolberg. We would definitely like to come back again.Negatives
Please be sure to send the wheels in for repairs. In some cases the brakes are no longer intact and the height adjustment of the saddle doesn't work. This is dangerous and the hotel certainly does not want any accidents or claims for damages arising from this.
