The bedroom has very light curtains. There is no safe, you can't smoke on the balcony, the cleaning was poor, you have to take the trash out yourself. One elevator didn't work. The food is not tasty, monotonous, bland, there was no choice!!! The pool is small, you have to make an appointment, the time is limited, there are a lot of people despite the appointment, you can't swim calmly, they don't let you in without a swimming cap!!!! The doctor's visit is a pure formality, the procedures prescribed are completely useless, probably the cheapest, the staff in the treatment department is indifferent and unfriendly. We learned no information about additional services, for example, about the availability of a sauna and spa from guests and were unable to use them. Dear guests, Thank you for sharing your feedback after your stay at San Medical SPA. The colors of the curtains and furniture are a matter of taste. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel; guests are permitted to smoke outside in a designated area. Rooms are cleaned three times a week; any comments should be reported to the main reception. Our guests rated the cleanliness of the rooms 9.3 on a scale of 0-10. Meals received a 9.0 rating; all meals are served buffet-style, so everyone can find something to their liking. There are meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as all kinds of additives and spices. The pool contains salt, so registration is required. Swimming caps are also mandatory. In general, we were satisfied with the services of the sanatorium, very friendly staff, procedures are also at a good level, special respect to the massage therapists Mr. Mateusz and Emilia. The food is quite good (buffet), everything is fresh, a clean dining room, neat girls serving, although the menu is sometimes repeated, it would be possible to diversify the dishes a little (but this is not critical). Of the small minuses for 2 adults and one child 15 years old, a cramped room (although everything was indicated when booking), as well as a strange option to rent a hair dryer (20 zlotys). Clean tidy hotel, good swimming pool, parking space for a personal car on the territory, the coastline is nearby. I will be happy to come here again

There was an ironing board with an iron (you could iron your clothes at any time) The room was cleaned regularly. There is a well-kept courtyard with sun loungers. In good weather you can sunbathe. This was our third visit to the San Spa Hotel and we'll be back in 2026, and that says it all. The rooms are well-equipped. The therapy floor, the appointment management, and the treatments are all excellent. The quality of the food is excellent; nothing is lacking. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

This was our 13th visit to the sanatorium. The sanatorium has developed very well in recent years. What is important for us is that the therapeutic prescriptions are still of a high standard. The pick-up service we booked also worked reliably.

We were happy with the hotel. It is in a great location, as you can get to the promenade and the beach quite quickly on foot, but the hotel is a bit quieter. The treatments were very good and we were able to swap the prescribed treatments for others. The food was Eastern home cooking and we enjoyed it because we know Eastern cuisine well. There wasn't much choice, but the food that was available was fresh and delicious. There is a sauna, which you have to register for, but there were actually free appointments every evening. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was definitely very good.Negatives
You are not helped before or after the treatments, for example, getting into the bath. We only went to the pool once, because you had to register there and were only allowed to swim for 45 minutes and then had to get out. The hotel staff speaks almost only Polish. You don't get very far with English and German without Google Translate. Our knowledge of Russian got us a bit further.

Not far from the beach. Nice room with a balcony. Normal varied food, excellent pool with warm sea water. It was never overcrowded due to competent organization of the visit. You need to rent a hair dryer. There is no cup for toothbrushes in the bathroom. The room, garbage and towels were cleaned only once a week. Good inexpensive parking.

Hello! We are probably the first family from Kyrgyzstan😀 who came to relax in this sanatorium. Our impression - In general, we really liked the sanatorium, both the food and the treatment, we were satisfied. Of course, we only had a week, it turns out that this is not enough 😅 The staff is good, friendly, the Sanatorium is generally clean, we liked that it is forbidden to smoke and live with animals here. What can we say about the negativity 🤔 yes, about cleaning the room, when we left the room we put up a sign - room cleaning, so that at least after three days of stay they would clean up, wipe the dust, vacuum it. They just came in and changed the towels and a garbage bag from the toilet and that’s it , during the seven days of our stay, they came in once and that’s it, without cleaning 😓 I then stopped hanging the sign altogether. My husband said forget it and that’s it. Why create a scandal for this, collect negativity, come to rest, rest! Of course, I wanted the room to be clean, at least cleaned every three, and the bed changed. Even in a three-star hotel in Thailand, beds are changed every two days and cleaning is done. And so in general we can say --- good ❤️

The appointments for the treatments could be better timed or combined so that you don't have to walk through the whole house and back for 3 minutes of treatment (10 minutes) and then set off again an hour later. However, the treatment staff were very accommodating and combined when possible. The train connection to Kolberg is currently catastrophic, with a delay of over 5 hours on arrival.

The drying rack on the balcony of room 602 was rusty. I didn't report it. I assumed that the cleaning staff would notice this problem and fix it. For me personally, I would like to exchange towels every day the next time I book, should it come to that. It is always very drafty in the lobby and therefore cold and uncomfortable.

Sometimes there was no side dish at dinner. In general, the food wasn't particularly tasty. The ladies who performed the treatments were not particularly friendly. The spa doctor was friendly, but you were dealt with quickly. The elevators are very slow.

The sea is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, you need to walk through the magnificent oak park. The five-minute, very short consultation with the doctor was very surprising. There was a line outside the doctor’s office and, like on a conveyor belt, vacationers entered the office and left very quickly. Thank God there are no health problems. Then I myself, through trial and error, selected procedures for myself with the help of nurses/staff. Next time I’ll buy a package without treatment and I’ll be on the spot, selecting and administering the procedures myself.
