The appointments for the treatments could be better timed or combined so that you don't have to walk through the whole house and back for 3 minutes of treatment (10 minutes) and then set off again an hour later. However, the treatment staff were very accommodating and combined when possible. The train connection to Kolberg is currently catastrophic, with a delay of over 5 hours on arrival.

The drying rack on the balcony of room 602 was rusty. I didn't report it. I assumed that the cleaning staff would notice this problem and fix it. For me personally, I would like to exchange towels every day the next time I book, should it come to that. It is always very drafty in the lobby and therefore cold and uncomfortable.

Sometimes there was no side dish at dinner. In general, the food wasn't particularly tasty. The ladies who performed the treatments were not particularly friendly. The spa doctor was friendly, but you were dealt with quickly. The elevators are very slow.

Excellent hotel, excellent soundproofing and cleanliness of the rooms, the food range is small, but very good and of high quality, fresh food every day. The sea is 5-7 minutes from the hotel, you need to walk through the magnificent oak park. The treatment included in the package is good, but selection by trial and error, I would like a more professional and qualified approach from the doctors.Negatives
The five-minute, very short consultation with the doctor was very surprising. There was a line outside the doctor’s office and, like on a conveyor belt, vacationers entered the office and left very quickly. Thank God there are no health problems. Then I myself, through trial and error, selected procedures for myself with the help of nurses/staff. Next time I’ll buy a package without treatment and I’ll be on the spot, selecting and administering the procedures myself.

Everything was ruined by the transfer back to Germany. I barely made it there. Too many passengers, stress from a very long road with minimal parking. The bus is cramped and hot. If this can be improved, there will be more desire to go to a sanatorium.

The hotel is about 200 meters from the promenade, which I think is very good. It's not so loud in the hotel room and you can't hear anything when the windows are closed. The windows are very well insulated! The scope is renovated, 5 stars from me. The treatment staff, with the exception of some of them, are very friendly and qualified. Food was great.Negatives
The bath and hand towels should be changed more often. The applications were often far apart.

Good day! We rested for 2 weeks. I really liked it. Friendly staff, excellent treatment. We also liked the kitchen. Freshly squeezed carrot and apple juice in the morning is absolutely amazing! Delicious fish. The beach is 6 minutes walk. We'll come here again!!! Thanks to all the staff of the resort.

The sanatorium was chosen by chance, but we were satisfied with the choice. The food is tasty, high-quality, balanced, dietary. The treatment, which is included in the paid basic package, will also correct your weakened areas (physiotherapy procedures, hydromassage, mud applications). If you want something more special, then tune in for an additional fee. The rooms are clean, linen and towels are changed according to the schedule. The maids are friendly and smiling. The reception is professional, solving all issues. Free time - dancing evenings, a weekly grill party, a wonderful sauna, a pool with hydro massagers, table tennis, billiards, chess on the street. In the city - museums, a lighthouse, walks by the sea, the old town. From the railway station, 20 minutes on foot. And the wonderful Baltic Sea , walks and, if you are lucky, swimming will also add only positivity to your vacation. We had a great vacation. Thank you!Negatives

Staying in this hotel is very pleasant. I have been visiting the same hotel for several years now. The atmosphere is like home. The treatments are really good, almost all symptoms disappear. I feel healthier and happier after such a stay. This makes up for the long journey, as it takes around 12 hours to drive. I will continue to visit this hotel as soon as prices allow.Negatives

I do not recommend this alleged hotel. The beds are hard, mattresses sagging, pillows hard. Staff very unfriendly (reception) and the food takes a lot of getting used to. No information where you can change euros into Sloty. So really not recommended, we Germans didn't understand a word, everything was explained in Polish. We are bitterly disappointed.

The hotel is good, the staff was always polite and ready to help with any request. The food is healthy and proper, which made us very happy.. the sauna, pool and jacuzzi are generally the bomb, at any time and without additional payment.. in general, a very good recreation center... good location of the hotel to the sea, everything is within walking distance.. .Negatives
The treatment is very weak. 2-3 procedures are free, and such as massage and water, mud treatments are for a fee... the hotel is just super for relaxation, but for treatment it’s a little not so...
